There are very few bars like this, with smiling bartenders, excellent service, and excellent products. Pizza and exceptional croissants, always well-stocked. Well done guys, keep it up.

I chose the "Acquarella" restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my fiancé, and I couldn't have asked for a better setting. The location is simply marvelous: meticulously designed down to the last detail, overlooking Lake Bracciano, with a pier offering a truly incredible view and a particularly romantic atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and courtesy. Special thanks go to Romeo, who looked after us throughout the evening, always attentive, available, and capable of making us feel welcome without ever being intrusive. The cuisine lived up to expectations: the freshest fish, elegantly prepared and served, enhanced by quality ingredients. You can sense the care the restaurant devotes to its culinary offerings, from the handmade pasta to the well-stocked wine cellar. Also not to be missed is the artisanal gelato, a true treat that perfectly rounds off the meal. Although they also offer meat dishes, their specialty in fish is evident and undoubtedly one of the restaurant's strengths. A place where good food, views, and atmosphere blend harmoniously. An experience we absolutely recommend and will happily repeat ❤️

What a place..we were recommended to visit the lake by our Airbnb host and happened upon this beautiful restaurant. Was the absolute highlight of our trip to Rome, so good we went back on our last day before our flight home. Cannot recommend highly enough for location, food and service. Thank you guys.x

We'd heard great things about this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. We expected a lot, but we found very little. The restaurant's location is certainly a winner, with a beautifully manicured lawn overlooking the lake, swans, ducks, and a private dock. The food was good, fresh, and varied, including salted fish, lake fish, and meat. We tried many appetizers and two different first courses, all very good, but nothing particularly noteworthy. But the staff, gentlemen, I've never seen anything worse. The waitress (later I learned her name was Claudia or something like that) is the epitome of rudeness. Never a smile, never an alternative for a dish or dessert that wasn't available, and she was very unfriendly in her manners, her brisk and nervous manner, as if we were the biggest nuisance of the day. She made our lunch a test of OUR good manners. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff isn't present at the tables either, and this greatly penalizes a place with infinite potential like this. I recommend a more professional training course for the staff; otherwise, consider changing jobs. The wine cellar is excellent. The industrial desserts are nothing memorable; in fact, they lower the average for the savory dishes. Total cost for two people: €240, including an excellent wine. Miss Claudia, this money is also your salary, so please be kind next time.
