22/03/2025: #GraduationCake “Topcake le torte di Dona” was impeccable from the first moment, demonstrating professionalism and transparency from our first telephone conversation. Excellent quality/price, certainly among the best in Rome. Punctual delivery service. Simply perfect, delicious cake.

21/03/2025: Not a simple cake, but a work of art! I wanted a 40th birthday cake that talked about music and singing to stay in line with my profession... and the result was beyond expectations. Every detail taken care of to perfection, a masterpiece that is almost a shame to eat... but when you do, it explodes with flavour! Thank you Donata for transforming a dessert into pure magic. If you are looking for someone who knows how to combine aesthetics and goodness, she is the right person!

27/03/2025: Stop everyone! At least if you pass by here... Stop, come in and ask for the supplì with what they are.... I swear I had never heard of the one with broccoli, provola and arrosticini (and how damn good is it!), then try others that I don't want to spoil. After that move on to the pizza, a product worthy of the name of the pizzeria, real crunchy dough, excellent toppings and a lot of choice for combinations, even the fantastic fillings 👍

08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

26/03/2025: Excellent is an understatement. In a charming corner between via Andrea Doria and via Leone IV, Manny's offers artisanal ice cream that stands out for its quality and creaminess. I tried several flavors and they were all remarkable. My favorites: coffee, pistachio and hazelnut (amazing). The ice cream maker, very friendly and kind, will be able to advise you on the best combinations. Highly recommended

09/03/2025: Locale accogliente, molto curato, con circa 30 posti e una saletta rialzata tipo privee. Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Piccolo benvenuto accompagnato da un calice di prosecco. Il grand crudo freschissimo (ostriche, scampi, mazzancolle, gamberi rossi e gamberetti rosa). La degustazione 5 antipastini (alici fritte, binchetti fritti, cozze, polpo e patate, insalata di calamari, ecc.) soddisfacente anche se quello con le seppie e la polenta con troppa cipolla. Chitarrina al riccio pescato ottima, consiglierei meno acqua di cottura e prezzemolo per non mitigare il sapore del riccio. Frittura di paranza freschissima. Prezzi congrui per la materia prima trattata.
