Everything was excellent, I ordered the duck with truffle, a very good dish!! Also tried other dishes, good... for truffle lovers and not! Highly recommended

This place is amazing, definitely go there for a woodland atmosphere.

A real surprise, I had known his name for years but had never tried it, each course is delicious and tastes of truffle, the egg and truffle crouton is divine... quick and courteous service, good wines, you spend the right amount in fact Priori I thought worse but it's honest!

Ottimi i tagliolini al tartufo e gli gnocchetti sempre al tartufo. Crostoni interessanti e sempre scelte di tartufo a diverso sapore. Una esperienza che si può fare anche per incoraggiare i giovani innovativi. Auguri per il loro futuro!

Discovered by chance. We love truffle, but its taste overpowers all other ingredients. We didn't understand the concept of recyclable plates. It’s not economical or ecological! Long live cleanable and reusable plates!

Restaurant discovered by chance while browsing restaurants via Google Maps. Attracted by the name and the photos, it immediately gave me confidence, even though we are talking about a product (the truffle) subject to being a decoy and instead BOOM, a TOP product. The place is small but welcoming, warm, lively and well thought out in style. Polite, professional and super-trained staff, always available and smiling. The Menu certainly by choice does not have many dishes and in my opinion it is a super good choice. The few but not very few dishes they have are well studied, well made and above all of excellent quality, products with next level flavours, combinations and tastes. Naturally the undisputed protagonist is the truffle, but anyone who enters or wants to try Bosco must absolutely try the duck carpaccio cooked at a low temperature which in terms of taste and consistency goes perfectly with the king of the undergrowth. You can see that behind it there is love, knowledge and the desire to do only good and beautiful things. CONGRATULATIONS and see you soon to try other dishes.

Everything we imagined was more than confirmed by the reality of the dishes we tasted and above all by the quality we observed. We started with duck carpaccio and courgette spaghetti, to continue with gnocchi with white wild boar and truffle ragout, tagliolini with biancatto truffle... all delicious, cooked and presented with skill. Very pleasant desserts. Open kitchen (a guarantee), the quality of the raw materials amazed me for a restaurant in Rome. Congratulations to the chef, keep it up! The girl in the room was kind and friendly. We will come back to visit you to taste other dishes

Veramente una bella scoperta! Non conoscevo questo posto, mi ci ha portato una mia amica, ed è stato veramente amore al primo morso! Cibo di una qualità incredibile, piatti particolari, ricercati e soddisfacenti. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Davvero complimenti al titolare, abruzzese, che ha riscoperto una cucina tipica ma non comune! Davvero notevole l’attenzione verso l’utilizzo di piatti e posate fatti con materiale riciclato. 10 e lode! Scusate per la mancanza di foto… abbiamo fatto fuori tutto in un attimo 😂

I social media, per quanto riguarda la ricerca dei ristoranti, sono molto utili. Questa volta, mi sono “spinta” al Pigneto, quartiere trendy di Roma. Il Ristorante che ho scelto, ha partecipato al programma “I 4 ristoranti”, vincendolo, ma soprattutto mi hanno attirato le foto dei piatti proposti. Bosco Officine del Tartufo merita di essere provato. È un ristorante ecosostenibile, utilizza materie prime di prima qualità, tra i quali il tartufo dell’Abbruzzo, rigorosamente grattugiato fresco. Ma… andiamo al sodo!!! Dal menù, abbiamo scelto: - Sfizi: Liane, spaghetti di zucchine, crema di pecorino Brigantaccio, pepe e tartufo; - Crostoni: Silvestre, pane artigianale con verza ripassata, ricotta affumicata al ginepro e pistilli di peperoncino dolce; Coccodè, pane artigianale, crema di patate, uovo 64 gradi, tartufo; - Speciali: Anatra, carpaccio di anatra città a bassa temperatura, sale affumicato, pepe Sichuan e tartufo. Questi piatti sono stati accompagnati da un calice di vino rosso Montepulciano e, per me, due calici di vino rose’ “Malandrina”. Abbiamo terminato con il dolce: - Pangocciole, pane con gocce di cioccolato, gelato alla nocciola, tartufo. E un digestivo alla Genziana e alla Ratafia. Tutto veramente OTTIMO, particolare e gustoso. Il conto giusto è rapportato alla qualità/prezzo.
