20/11/2025: The sushi is of high quality and the atmosphere is very refined, but compared to the last time I went there they have removed the special dishes to bring the sushi, such as the Ferris wheel and the steps full of sushi.
19/11/2025: The restaurant has a very welcoming and pleasant location, quiet, with background music, and a total sense of peace while eating and ordering. The staff is very friendly and always smiling, answering every request, and the wait for your order is minimal. The food is very good and of excellent quality. The only drawback is that some dishes, like carpaccio and gunkan, have a portion limit per person, as is the case at most all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it!

19/11/2025: Excellent service. Nice place. Convenient parking. The food was good...but not great. The fried pie was heavy...you could taste the oil. The veal tip wasn't very tender, and the filling was dry and too thick. Highly priced for the quality. Still, worth a try.

09/11/2025: A charming place located just outside Parma, recommended by a couple of friends who are regulars.
The large glass terrace overlooking the vineyards and the autumn foliage visually harmonized a fantastic lunch.
The menu features a selection of traditional Parmesan dishes, as well as a variety of dishes, including fish, but none of them banal.
We shared a wide selection of appetizers, including delicious cured meats, and other treats like a chestnut mousse with pumpkin flavored with lavender flowers.
For the main course, the anolini in brodo were very popular. It's a shame, between chatting, that it was already past 4:00 PM, because boiled meats were also available, and I had already considered that.
The desserts were also very good; the tiramisu was excellent, and the homemade gelato was also very popular (the idea of bringing the garnishes separately so everyone could create their own composition was a great idea).
Wines from their cellar: a good Metodo Classico, Metodus, accompanied us for the first part of the meal; nothing too demanding. As for the red, a blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Lambrusco, I must say the soft, fruity notes prevailed. Personally, I felt the oak was a bit too strong (notes of vanilla, chocolate), with tannins that weren't aggressive.
Overall, we were all very satisfied with the lunch, and I'm sure we'll return sooner or later.

09/11/2025: We were here for lunch today at Trovatore. We
organized a trip to Parma and contacted this restaurant. The menu was €30.00, including mixed cold cuts, an omelette, two first courses, water, and a sbrisolona. The portions were truly ridiculous: 5 ravioli per person and 4 small bowls of gnocchi for a table of 26 people. Dessert was served on three shared plates with a couple of bowls of mascarpone cream. Obviously, it wasn't enough for the whole table. But unfortunately, it was all gone. There wasn't any left... ridiculous... we told the owner, who pretended to apologize... but by then he'd pocketed the money and didn't even bother to offer us a coffee... disappointing. It's obvious we won't be returning, and above all, we won't speak highly of the place. I'm sorry because he lost out on a few more portions... shame.

I will definitely return with friends from Rapallo... Genoa

01/11/2025: A discovery during a trip. We ate well, with traditional dishes. Everything was plentiful. I recommend it.
20/10/2025: It may be good, but I didn't get around to trying it. I sat down and waited. Four people were serving, I waved and they looked at me but didn't see me. Even when the next table ordered coffees and was served, I wasn't asked anything. After 15 minutes of waiting, I left. What a shame!

18/09/2025: The best torta fritta in Parma, always a guarantee. The pasta and meat are also delicious and top-quality, with a nice wine list.
Be careful if you park in the golf course parking lot, because they smashed my car windows. Don't leave bags in the car.

06/12/2025: We went out for dinner and decided to try the restaurant "La Maison" in Fornovo di Taro.
For my first course, I chose anolini in capon broth. They were "inedible," raw, and made with stock cubes.
Snails: I've had better.
Then the waiter served the wine first to the man and then to the woman.
The waiter who always moved my chair when serving.
Rude.
I won't go back!
02/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at La Maison restaurant in Fornovo.
We opted directly for first and second courses (we'll definitely return to try the classic torta fritta and cured meats).
Among the first courses, the pigeon bomb was noteworthy, along with delicious pumpkin ravioli in a cream of parmesan and balsamic vinegar. A small flaw, in my opinion, was the prolonged cooking of the classic pink gnocchetti with Castelmagno and truffle, but the flavor of the dish was truly delightful.
For second courses, a perfectly prepared boiled meat with an excellent mustard and four types of sauces. The baked duck with potatoes is definitely worth trying.
