Excellent tasting: cured meats, torta fritta, trio of tortelli, la vecchia (a fantastic dish), and sbrisolona. For those visiting from outside, it's a great gastronomic summary of Parma.

The cured meats and torta fritta were very good, as were the first courses (tortelli and linguine). Very attentive service and reasonable prices. My favorite place. I'll definitely be back.

As soon as you enter, you immediately feel the Parma atmosphere. The service is excellent, with courteous and professional waiters. The food is excellent. For these qualities, I highly recommend it.

What can I say? We ate very well for a reasonable price. The portions were generous, the typical local dishes were truly delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

13/02/2026: I was here for lunch on my way back from a business trip. Eating at a service station in Emilia is definitely out of the question. Given its proximity to the highway, I chose Osteria il Norcino. I had the tagliolini with meat sauce and the tartare (there was a really wide selection of meats, with premium cuts, but when I hear the word tartare, I don't understand anything). Both were wonderful and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely my favorites.
