14/06/2026: It's an experience more than just a gastronomic stop. The Japanese chef is brilliant, not reinterpreting Emilian recipes but rather preparing them using their own cooking and preparation techniques. It's a fantastic place for those who love wine and the culture behind a bottle of wine. And even though the owners say no to borders, no to homelands (and they're right, given the times and the manipulation), it's a truly patriotic place in the best sense of the word.
07/06/2026: A unique experience. Full meal and champagne. Everything was perfect, from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend it.

21/04/2026: Small kiosk where you can eat an excellent piadina with an open kitchen where you can also see all the preparation near the university attended by many young people and where you can enjoy an excellent piadina, the classic one with Parma ham and squacquerone or recommended with the very good horse meat tartare recommended for a quick and very good lunch, with few tables at peak times it is difficult to be able to sit inside

17/03/2026: Very nice place, shame about the somewhat cold and unfriendly management. Two of us arrived to an empty place, and we were forced to sit at a cramped and uncomfortable table. Otherwise, we left, which we obviously did. We consumed a lot, but they struggled to say goodbye when we left. I don't know. I'll answer you. Last night, Monday, March 16th, around 9 PM. I repeat, a little more friendliness never hurts. I understand that maybe two fifty-year-olds aren't your target, but I think I was kind and didn't get the same attitude back. Anyway, good beers and sandwiches.

30/11/2025: Wonderful osteria where the food is excellent, the service excellent, and the value for money is amazing!!! The appetizers—the erbazzone, the baciocca, the Russian salad, the cold cuts with torta fritta, and the pumpkin soufflé—are very good, not to mention the snails à la bourguignonne. The first courses—the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, the tortelli with herbs, and the anolini in brodo—are all succulent. The asado is incredibly tender and the stewed snails are delicious... The place is very welcoming and the staff very professional... Highly recommended!!!

It's a shame that the appetizers were brought to us over half an hour later (and refused), even though other tables seated after us had received them much earlier. There's plenty of seating, but at this point, I'm wondering if it's appropriate?!? What a shame.
08/03/2026: The staff are always friendly, and the pastries are fresh and delicious. Plus, the bar service is efficient.

02/04/2026: Nice and welcoming place. Good beer, but unfortunately I spent €17 on a really bad burger. The fries tasted like frozen supermarket fries and were extremely greasy. The bun tasted only of barbecue sauce and had giant chunks of tomato, so it tasted like tomato and BBQ sauce (very acidic). It also fell apart as I ate it, and 1-cm-thick, floury tomato slices fell off. The lettuce was excessive, and the burger was relatively small. If you go here, get something else; if you want a burger, walk up from Tbone, a 30-second walk.
22/03/2026: For me, it was a positive experience, but there were a few things that didn't make me fully appreciate my dinner. First and foremost, the lack of table service is inconvenient and creates a line inside the restaurant. The cutlet was good, but for €14, it's a very small portion. Kudos to the rustic fries, which were much appreciated! Overall, the food was good and the place is nice, but a few small improvements could be made.

31/05/2026: A pleasant discovery among the streets of Oltretorrente. The place is in a beautiful location, almost always shaded. A great place to enjoy a nice aperitivo as the first warm days arrive.
24/04/2026: But guys, a canned estate costs €4.50 when I go to the supermarket and pay €1 for it. Pure madness. Extremely overpriced, what a shame.

23/05/2026: Absolutely incredible dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive throughout the evening. The food was exceptional — every dish was full of flavor, (especially the spaghettoni with duck and kimchi ) beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the passion and authenticity in the cooking. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Parma.

13/01/2026: It's not the first time I've been completely ignored by the bartender upon entering: maybe it's just happened to me, I don't know, but sitting down and not knowing whether you'll be served at your table or if you'll have to go to the counter to order until you get there is unpleasant... I'm sorry, but this is my personal experience.
