09/05/2026: We had lunch at Trattoria della Pieve in the village of Moragnano; one of those small but charming villages, lost in the Parma hills, where time seems to have stood still and never passes... And it's precisely in small and unexpected places like this that you can find the simple, tasty, authentic, and sincere cuisine typical of this area! Spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful! The menu isn't extensive, but it features classic traditional Parma dishes; but do you really need a long list of dishes to demonstrate your passion for cooking? There's also a pizzeria option, which we didn't try. But now the real "stars" of the cuisine arrive: exquisite cured meats, accompanied by one of the best fried tortelli I've ever tasted in my life!!!! And then the tortelli (potatoes, herbs, and tomato sauce) are SPECTACULAR!!! Not to mention the tagliolini with white ragù: A TASTY ASSORTED PICTURE!!! The main courses were also good (tip steak, Parma rosé, and tagliata). A wide selection of wines (both local and international). In short, a FABULOUS lunch and absolutely satisfying!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

29/10/2025: I was there a few days ago with friends... it was a wonderful discovery! Hospitality, high quality, and beauty are the key words to describe Casanuova, and the owners' dedication and expertise are immediately apparent. It has everything it takes to become a "favorite place."

06/06/2026: I went for the first time, I will never tell you again, the service needs to be trained, we ordered a first course and a pizza, when the first course arrived I waited an hour, the pizza never arrived and I left

02/07/2026: We really like it here! This was our second time here, first in 2022 and now for the second time. There are three dogs and we saw a cat, chicken, donkeys, a goat and a horse. Two days a week dinner is served (Friday and Saturday) and on Sundays they serve lunch. We had dinner three times and paired with wine, the service it was amazing 🤩! You can also ask for tips and suggestions and they also make the call for tours like we went to a parmigiano factory. And for an extra amount they also do the laundry! We appreciated your hospitality and service and recommend Giuseppe and Loredana and the rest of the team ❤️

25/05/2026: An oasis of peace surrounded by nature, a wonderful place to relax. I stayed with some friends for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. The owners, as well as the rest of the staff, were super helpful and kind. The food was excellent. Highly recommended!
