09/03/2026: We came across Bacco Verde on Google without any particular recommendations and decided to stop by, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We ordered tortellini, pasta with ragù, and a portion of meat, and everything was delicious. The food felt very authentic and well prepared. We also had a great Lambrusco, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere warm and relaxed. It’s the kind of place that works both for a longer dinner with friends and also for a nice date. A really lovely discovery in Parma, definitely a place worth visiting.

09/11/2025: We were here for lunch today at Trovatore. We organized a trip to Parma and contacted this restaurant. The menu was €30.00, including mixed cold cuts, an omelette, two first courses, water, and a sbrisolona. The portions were truly ridiculous: 5 ravioli per person and 4 small bowls of gnocchi for a table of 26 people. Dessert was served on three shared plates with a couple of bowls of mascarpone cream. Obviously, it wasn't enough for the whole table. But unfortunately, it was all gone. There wasn't any left... ridiculous... we told the owner, who pretended to apologize... but by then he'd pocketed the money and didn't even bother to offer us a coffee... disappointing. It's obvious we won't be returning, and above all, we won't speak highly of the place. I'm sorry because he lost out on a few more portions... shame.

18/02/2026: We've been going there for pizza all our lives, and it's always perfect. We always order a platter. For us, it's the best pizza in Parma. We never tire of it. Especially the fried pizza. Perfect dough. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is excellent.

30/03/2026: If you're looking for an authentic, top-quality experience, Prosciutteria Pontecchio is a must-visit. Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and always on point, without ever making the crowds feel overwhelming. The quality of the products is simply extraordinary. Exceptional cured meats, with an authentic and refined flavor, accompanied by truly superb Grana Padano cheese, the kind you won't easily forget. A special mention goes to the tortelli alle erbette: delicate, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, a true tribute to Parma's tradition. A place that wins you over from the first bite and undoubtedly deserves to be thoroughly enjoyed. I'll definitely be back!

10/11/2025: The charcuterie board is amazing, and the hearty fritters and horsemeat tartare are delicious. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you're in Parma city center, it's a must!

09/11/2025: The aperitif was already very enjoyable, and they saved us a spot for dinner, which was very light but high-quality. The service was incredible; the waiter was very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We left feeling happier. Definitely worth a try if you love wine and local produce!

12/03/2026: Lived up to expectations! I always enjoy going there. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! They usually serve food quickly, but the last time I was there, it was a little slower... but I preferred it that way to enjoy the evening more. The location still has that 1950s trattoria feel... wonderful! Everything is clean and welcoming, the staff is professional, polite, and kind.

11/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times, but on the evening of February 20th, when I invited two friends and made a terrible impression myself, I was so disappointed that I no longer consider it a serious restaurant. We arrived at 8:00 PM and, seeing as we were finished (we were served lightning fast, my friend was still finishing his raw ham dish when the main course arrived), we were asked to leave the table because there were people there who were having dinner. We were speechless, considering the prices are definitely not like those of a pizzeria, where I would expect them to take turns, but if that were the case, I would expect to be notified when booking (in this case, it didn't happen). Sometimes, to please more customers, others are lost...

13/03/2026: The experience was average. The ingredients were good, especially the cured meats, which were excellent. We had a Florentine steak for main course: the meat was good quality, but the cooking was below par. I wouldn't recommend it.
