01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati perché nel menù scritto nella via principale segnava ci fossero i tortellini in brodo ma una volta seduti al tavolo nel menù erano assenti. Non trovo corretto tale "aggancio " per accaparrarsi la clientela che una volta sedutasi difficilmente se ne va. Bastava oscurare tale opzione. Tuttavia la qualità delle pietanze lascia parecchio da desiderare rispetto altri ristoranti della zona. Difficilmente ci andremo nuovamente.

07/06/2025: Cosa ti aspetti da un ristorante centrale.. enorme .. pieno … con un bellissimo giardino interno arricchito da due piscine ? Minimo che siano lenti … macché .. che ci sia poca scelta di menu ? Macché’ … una pizza fantastica e di impasto leggerissimo … materiale di prima qualità … camerieri ? Super professionali e simpatici …. Promossissimo

06/06/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia il 2 giugno. Locale molto accogliente come il personale. Paella eccellente stra abbondante. Possibilità di doggy bag.dal menù tutto molto invitante.prezzo abbordabile

12/05/2025: I was lucky enough to find this place because I’d just arrived in Parma late on a Sunday evening, and it was only a couple of blocks from my AirBnb. The food, wine, atmosphere, and service were perfect, and the staff were patient and kind with my utter lack of Italian. It was an ideal introduction to Parma and Italy as a whole. This was exactly what I’d hoped to find when traveling here.

The continuous search for quality, using and combining flavors, taste and colors to perfection, Ivan brings out the best in himself in proposing dishes that leave little to the imagination. Every bite of his works, because his pizzas are real works of art, are an explosion of flavors, which project you into the places where the ingredients he uses come from. And the sweets? What to say about the sweets...... A real extrasensory experience and lots of new things every time. Strongly recommended because in addition to quality, in this place you will find kindness, education and courtesy of all the staff who pamper you like family.

I ate some homemade half sleeves stuffed with a truly delicate and excellent sauce. Excellent asparagus crepes. Really excellent value for money

07/05/2025: Il locale è curato, con un grande dehor che dà sulla piazza del Duomo e del Battistero. Interni con arredamento originale, un mix di contemporaneo e tradizionale e (nota di merito) fiori freschi su ogni tavolo. Non potevamo esimerci dall'assaggio del prosciutto, con torta fritta di accompagnamento. A seguire anolini in brodo e duchessa di Parma. Prezzi nella norma a parte i dolci che ho trovato cari (tutti a 10 euro alla carta) anche se a dire il vero non li ho provati e non li ho visti, pertanto non posso giudicarne le porzioni.

28/04/2025: A very pleasant discovery, we happened to pass by this place on a Sunday when it was over-booked but despite this the kindness of the owner and the staff made us sit down and served us very well. Extensive menu with typical local Calabrian products, good choice of wines and very high quality of food. Prices really low compared to the norm.

04/05/2025: Don't be put off by the "lounge bar", as we were about to do. We arrive without a reservation on Sunday for lunch, they accept us despite the already late time and a communion party. Two characteristic rooms open onto a cozy and well-kept garden, open kitchen, well-spaced tables and very little noise even with so many people. We ate very carefully chosen cured meats, soft, sweet veined raw ham, tasty coppa and perfect feline; noteworthy is the room temperature which enhances its flavor and abundance. They offered us some crescentina (fried pie), well cooked and dry. Then fresh and crunchy giardiniera, a simple dish but which says a lot about the authenticity of the cuisine. Like the first potato tortelli with leek cream and raw meat, tasty and creamy, and herb tortelli with morel mushrooms: the latter have a touching balance, from the thickness of the pasta to the taste of the filling, passing through a simple seasoning that enhances the butter and mushrooms without covering the herbs We were already full but we let ourselves be convinced by Martina for a delicious trifle, which was a real added value of kindness and attention, not only at our table: when the service is done with passion you can feel the difference between being customers and guests We can't wait to return to try the other specialties.

12/05/2025: The place was recommended by acquaintances and after visiting their website we booked a table six weeks in advance. We arrived full of enthusiasm and expectations. What a disappointment. The place is divided into many areas, well-kept and clean. Courteous and professional welcome. We were brought the menus, the off-menu and the wine list. We expected a variety that wasn't there, there was only the goose-based salami. Not only that, the menu wasn't clear, we stressed that it was the first time we were there so the dishes had to be presented, given the lack of information on the menu itself. If we hadn't asked the waitress for clarification we wouldn't have known that with the assorted salami they bring you baked polenta. I wanted to have the goose breast with rocket and balsamic vinegar, but I was told that there was mixed salami on the cutting board. Frankly, the first courses didn't pique our curiosity and we both took the roast duck from the off-menu. Still Gutturnio wine. A platter of cold cuts arrived with literally two slices of salami, three small pieces of polenta (for two), goose cooked ham and goose mortadella. On a separate plate three slices of goose breast with rocket and balsamic vinegar. A platter for two. When instead we wanted to order two appetizers. Oh well. Never mind. Then the roast duck, good, with potatoes in small quantities. For dessert a salted caramel chocolate mousse, excellent, and a slice of tart with amaretti. At the end of the meal a nocino, offered at the time of the bill. I can't say I ate badly, but whoever took the order, having been warned that it was our first time, should have presented the dishes and understood from our questions that we were there to eat goose, which is only present in the cold cuts. Perhaps an update of the site would be appropriate.

11/05/2025: Magnificent atmosphere for an unexpected dinner. Let yourself be amazed by the goose specialties, the cured meats with fried pie are really excellent.

07/06/2025: Nice local trattoria with good food looking out over the hills. Service is young and not so communicating have to ask twice for dessert menu and three times for the bill. But nevertheless a nice place witj large portions, share the pasta's for sure.

05/06/2025: We were in Salsomaggiore for 8 days and unfortunately we only came across this gem of a restaurant on the last day. Food was great. Food was on time and no one had to wait. Owner also helpful and politely spoken to. Keep up the good work.
