16/03/2024: Fantastic experience: excellent welcome, trained and capable staff, sublime dishes tending towards the generous obviously referring to the goose-based dishes tasted, extensive wine list with even important selections, included in the expectations considering the quantity of dishes ordered and the quality of the raw materials of the courses. Definitely an experience worth repeating to taste other dishes.

01/04/2024: We went to this restaurant during the day trip we took to Parma. The restaurant is located near the center, but slightly out of the way in a slightly side street but really nice. It presents well with a thoughtful design. It was truly a wonderful discovery! We did the tasting menu of the Parma tradition. It was all really delicious: the quality of the cured meats on the platter was excellent, the aniolini were truly spectacular and the bacon was exceptional. Really friendly and attentive staff. In addition to the possibility of the traditional tasting menu, there were other really inviting dishes not linked to local tradition. Fair prices too. I absolutely recommend this place and can't wait to go back to try the rest!
31/03/2024: In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Parma together with Soj ahead of all the others. It was a wonderful discovery and I will definitely return. Let's start from the very welcoming place, a bistro atmosphere with a clear attention to art and beauty, warm, relaxing with the right ambient music. Very attentive service from the owners both in the welcome and in the presentation of the menu with a brief description of the philosophy of the cuisine and the dishes offered which are divided into two sections: the more gourmet and extensive one which includes their most interesting proposals and the traditional one for those he wants to eat parmesan, finally a dish of the month, a sort of high-level off-menu. I chose exactly that, a spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper skillfully creamed with very fresh sea urchins. A real delight. We tasted other very interesting proposals such as the very balanced and surprising veal head with mackerel, a textbook creamed cod and a touching guinea fowl with balsamic vinegar. The wine list is excellent with a wide selection of small producers, many of which produce organic and natural wines. There is also a wide choice of interesting glasses thanks to the use of coravin that I noticed in the bar area. Correct quality/price ratio, in fact for the quality level of the cuisine, cellar and service I would say it is very convenient. I absolutely recommend going there

04/04/2024: Unfortunately I could not try the ice cream. I was just standing there waiting for the 2 guys in front of me to be finished. The girl behind the counter said hello to me….but then a group of older italian people jumped the queue and were served. I would have expected something like this: „Sorry but the gentleman was here before you. Please wait until he was served.“ I was standing there end felt like air. This was extremely unfriendly and unpolite. Poor service! Go elsewhere!

Carne e selezione di vini di ottima qualità, proposte innovative e classiche, ma soprattutto, preparazione e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti celiaci, che possono sentirsi sicuri e coccolati e ci sono pochi posti a Parma che lo garantiscono. Le fiorentine vengono cotte su una griglia dove viene cotta solo la carne e se si avvisa prima, alcune portate vengono proposte senza glutine. Davvero bravissimi.

Well, that's the first feeling, but as soon as the dishes from Trattoria Cascinapiano arrive, everything changes. 🏠 LOCAL | the location and decor are not the most inviting. Or at least, it's a style that personally doesn't drive me crazy. A little kitsch, a little strange, a little like failed artists. Alright, let's move on. 🚶‍♂ PERSONAL | the owner and the staff (all female?) are very good and super professional. Never intrusive and always ready to suggest the dishes of the day. Well done! 👨‍🍳 COOKING | perhaps one of the best ever tasted in the Parma area. The traditional dishes - fried pie + cured meats and tortelli - are of unreal goodness and even more elaborate dishes such as cheek are prepared to perfection. Too good, seriously. 💶 ACCOUNT | prices are around €25 each for a complete lunch. I would say excellent for what is offered! I recommend it to everybody

Trio of exceptional Tortelli, delicious pappardelle with asparagus and what can we say about the donkey stew and the very tender and perfectly cooked veal ossobuco!!!! Which break with a breadstick but are compact!! And the trifle with black cherries in syrup and the rum chocolate salami with eggnog cream as they used to be made when I started working as a Chef in 1976 at the Tre Vecchio in front of the Diana restaurant in via Indipendenza in Bologna... Anyone who knows the good restaurants of the past can understand!!! And the bill::: icing on the cake!!!! And all seasoned by a family management that pampers you with every course!! Excellent value for money!!! And said by "one of the professionals" with all those who improvise as restaurateurs nowadays, it's worth double!!! Kind regards from the Chef Villiam Campani!!!!

07/04/2024: The location is very convenient, right in the center of the city, but I think there are better places to eat ice cream in Parma. I just ate pistachio cream and milk, I wasn't impressed, the flavor wasn't quite what I expected. On the other hand the price is good.
01/04/2024: Slow and imprecise service, I understand it was a public holiday but there was no organization and the two girls did not follow the order of the orders. More than 35 minutes for ice cream…
