04/05/2026: I went for a quick aperitivo. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, along with a glass of local red wine. It's definitely worth returning for more time.
Returning for a Sunday lunch, I can confirm the excellent charcuterie accompanied by dips, jams, bread, and cheeses. The atmosphere was casual, the prices were excellent. The dessert was delicious, too!

09/06/2026: A country trattoria like those of old. Unfortunately, I visited on a Monday evening, when they only serve torta fritta, cured meats, and pasta dishes. But I say "unfortunately" only because I was unsatisfied by the desire to try everything else. Top quality, friendly and efficient service, exceptional value. Not to be missed, especially if you want to sample the specialties of the Parma, Piacenza, and Cremona area, such as culatello, of course, but also the amazing spalla, both raw and cooked.

22/06/2026: I've been frequenting this trattoria for years and years, and I can confirm that this place is a true guarantee. When you want to be sure of a divine meal, you always choose them.
The quality of the ingredients is consistently top-notch, and the dishes never disappoint. Completing the experience is the excellent service: the staff is always attentive, courteous, and welcoming, making you feel at home every time.
If you're looking for true tradition, treated with respect and care, you can't go wrong. Highly recommended!
20/06/2026: The dishes were good, but nothing spectacular, except the risotto with truffle, the fried cake was a bit greasy and had little flavour.

18/06/2026: The food was decent, homemade, and made with quality ingredients. The service was friendly. Looking at the bill, I don't understand why I paid €21 for the "fixed menu" when the work menu is €14. I want to believe it was a mistake and that they didn't charge me €7 for the dessert they offered. I'm left with the feeling that I wasn't treated well. They should at least explain.

14/02/2026: A unique display of rudeness among baristas. I've never walked into a bar, had breakfast, and been scolded in front of other customers for leaving my cups on the table. I was told in a rude and arrogant tone that she wasn't a server and that I should put my cups back on the counter because they weren't serving me. I'll be giving bad publicity!

20/05/2026: What can I say? I was randomly searching for a place to eat in Busseto and I came across this place. What can I say? The welcome was excellent, the waiters were very kind and the food was more than good. If I were to ever be in the area again, I would definitely return.

27/07/2026: He's now my trusted pizza chef, I've been going there for over 3 years, he's super nice and makes very good pizzas at a low price (I don't even see a pizza for 7 euros and 50 anymore) the environment is quite spacious and very welcoming, the bathroom is always in excellent condition

04/01/2026: Terrible in everything, €25 per person for a cold cut with fried cake of which the salami was definitely gone, a selection of only 2 first courses, casoncelli with herbs with butter or casoncelli with meat and sauce, both terrible in taste, 2 and a half hours to eat everything because there is no service and to say something about the environment I will only tell you that there is a horrible smell of chemical toilet in the whole place with poor hygiene both for the dishes and the bathroom, I don't dare to imagine what the kitchen is like, a place to forget

22/02/2026: Excellent pizzas and superb kebab sandwiches. The prices are decidedly modest, but the wonderful thing is that they also offer home delivery here in Sant'Andrea! And, I'm told, throughout the entire Busseto area!
04/12/2025: The kebab is raw and full of salmonella, and the mozzarella on the pizza is questionable.

27/04/2025: Serata in famiglia dopo una giornata di passeggiate tra natura e arte.
Ottime pietanze e ottimo servizio: un cameriere esperto ha spiegato la lavorazione del Parmigiano Reggiano ed uno molto socievole aneddoti garbati di frequentatori del mondo dello sport.
Molto consigliato per posizione (dietro la casa di Verdi) e per offerta di qualità con prezzi nella media.
Abbiamo anche acquistato dei prodotti nel loro negozio, che si trova all’interno del ristorante, proprio all’ ingresso: ottima qualità, ad un prezzo un po’ sopra la media.

Casale situato nelle campagne cremonesi, proprio di fronte alla casa natale di Giuseppe Verdi.
È anche una gastronomia, all’ingresso c’è un banco con salumi, formaggi e altri prodotti locali. La grande sala dove si trovano i tavoli è molto rustica ma accogliente.
Di antipasto abbiamo preso salumi, gnocco fritto e contorni come cipolle caramellate e giardiniera. In zona ci sono grandi eccellenze per quanto riguarda la qualità dei salumi, questi non erano super ma ci hanno soddisfatto.
Purtroppo le aspettative che si erano create con gli antipasti non sono state rispettate da primi e secondi. Il risotto con verdure era scotto e slavato, i tagliolini culatello e fonduta di tosone avevano troppo formaggio ed erano “appiccicosi” e pesanti, meglio gli anolini di parmigiano in brodo. Tra i secondi buona l’anatra marinata all’arancia anche se abbastanza asciutta, il guancialino di maiale brasato con polenta e patate era ottimo come sapore, ma sia la salsa sia la carne stessa sono risultati pesantissimi e indigesti. La sbrisolona con gelato un po’ troppo dura.
Carta dei vini limitata e con etichette banali, ricaricate anche parecchio per la tipologia di locale. Servizio molto alla buona ma cordiale.
Avrei dato un 3 se il conto fosse stato inferiore, ma era assolutamente troppo caro per tipologia di locale, qualità e fattura dei piatti e ricarichi sul vino. Spendendo poco di più ci sono in zona ristoranti dove (per portate e numero di bottiglie analoghi, ovviamente) si mangia e si beve benissimo.
