09/05/2026: Our friends recommended this restaurant to us, offering excellent Parmesan dishes, and we can confirm it! We had a wonderful time. Luckily, we booked a few days in advance because it's always busy. They have two sittings: the first at 12:30 PM and the second at 2:30 PM. If you have small children, I recommend booking in the taverna, which is also much more convenient for the bathroom.
05/05/2026: Delicious chicken and risotto. Highly recommended. Good value for money. And they have Moscato d’Asti. My favorite wine.

03/05/2026: The cold cuts and torta fritta were divine, as was the assortment of tortelli. The off-menu fennel tortelli and the eggplant and prosciutto roll were especially fabulous. We had a wonderful time, and we hope to return soon!

11/04/2026: Fantastic restaurant surrounded by greenery, excellent food. The service was truly excellent. I'm allergic to mushrooms, and the person who booked had ordered tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms for everyone. I asked if I could have them with a different sauce. 2 minutes later, the waitress arrived with a baking dish of tagliatelle with salami sauce just for me! They were fantastic! 🤩 Thank you! We'll be back soon.
10/04/2026: Easter Monday with the family, they host very large tables but the service is excellent! The food was excellent and we had a really good time. Congratulations, we'll be back.

14/04/2026: When I'm in the area, I always stop by... an excellent trattoria, perhaps a step above the average trattoria. Their signature dishes, such as the cooked shoulder, remain the same, with the addition of a few seasonal dishes. The courtesy, kindness, and friendliness of the owners and staff hasn't changed over the years. I recommend it without hesitation. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos. 🤷
12/04/2026: If you're looking for honesty and quality at the right price, trust those who travel a lot: you're on the safe side at Squeri. PS: The restaurant serves both lunch and dinner, but it's a shame it's closed on certain days, otherwise I'd always go there.

30/04/2026: A well-maintained restaurant with an incredible menu. Both the tagliolini with culatello and the shrimp ravioli with scamorza were more than appreciated, absolutely delicious. The staff was also very kind in recommending a local wine for our lunch, and the extra virgin olive oil tasting at the beginning of the meal was also excellent. The waitress was super nice with us. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Parma.

16/04/2026: On our third evening in Parma, we wanted to try a fine example of Parmesan cuisine, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The welcome was very cold and formal, the staff deceptively friendly. For my part, I wanted to try the strozzapreti with baby cuttlefish and other ingredients, but I ended up with a ridiculous portion of pasta and I pity the only baby cuttlefish in it. As for the rest, I still crave the taste of the sea, and the chili pepper made me think I'd have chosen cacio e pepe! We stopped there, and luckily they brought us some Parmesan, which was good, but the restaurant was in no way worthy of praise. To forget.
13/04/2026: We chose this restaurant after consulting industry guides, and then, after reading reviews on other sites, we were convinced. The atmosphere is very refined, and the restaurant is located a bit outside the center of Parma, right below a hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of our dinner, but I must say we ate very well. The cured meats and torta fritta (an alternative version of gnocco fritto) were delicious. The first courses were excellent, including the herb tortelli alla parmigiana (very delicate) and the potato tortelli alla parmigiana with porcini mushrooms (the contrast between the two main ingredients was excellent). The homemade tiramisu was excellent. The wine list was decent. The service was attentive, discreet, and very helpful. I must say we had a great time. Recommended!

02/05/2026: FRIDAY 01/05/2026 - 8:15 pm for dinner: ordered 2 appetizers + torta fritta (good) and anolini in capone broth...... here everything fell apart and I am happy to explain and clarify: the anolino in Parma is a question of gastronomic identity as well as family; the true Parmigiano anolino must be composed of two small, overlapping discs of puff pastry; the capone broth is the soul and inseparable companion of the anolino!!! The color must be clear and golden with the classic eyes of fat on the surface, with a deep and velvety flavor with a sweetness that is both fatty and noble at the same time and above all piping hot! >>> in this case it was a broth made and diluted with stock cubes... (tasteless and flat) and the filling must be based on beef stew with a firm and melting consistency to the bite, furthermore, you must "perceive" the Parmigiano Reggiano aged for at least 24-30 months and no pork! >>> while the anolino filling tasted sadly of bread.... and poor quality cheese/young Parmigiano that gave an aftertaste almost of cooked milk and without that depth given by the hours of cooking of the stew that perhaps was missing.... Serving a vegetable broth passing it off as Capone broth in Parma was a huge disappointment!!! because the structure of the dish was missing... that only Capone can provide and without that animal warmth the anolino was naked... It seemed to us like the classic tourist trap.... or worse, a trattoria that decided to cut costs on one of the most important items on the menu. We will never return, it is not worth it. The feedback is a medium/low level that borders on sufficiency even as regards the waiting staff...
29/04/2026: As soon as you enter, you immediately feel the Parma atmosphere. The service is excellent, with courteous and professional waiters. The food is excellent. For these qualities, I highly recommend it.

13/02/2026: I was here for lunch on my way back from a business trip. Eating at a service station in Emilia is definitely out of the question. Given its proximity to the highway, I chose Osteria il Norcino. I had the tagliolini with meat sauce and the tartare (there was a really wide selection of meats, with premium cuts, but when I hear the word tartare, I don't understand anything). Both were wonderful and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely my favorites.

08/04/2026: Strategically located in Parma's historic center, an excellent restaurant serving traditional cuisine made with passion. We traveled to Parma for an important photography exhibition to visit after lunch. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were welcomed at "Rigoletto" in the truest sense of the word. It was also a bit late, so we chose the menu of the day. Excellent: torta fritta with San Secondo shoulder, tortelli verdi, zabaglione mousse with melted chocolate, Lambrusco water, and coffee! Wonderful! A symphony of flavors! Good food, good price! To top it all off, you can also admire the wonderful photos taken by the owners on the walls. Thank you, Fabrizio and Antonella.

11/01/2026: The torta fritta with cured meats is delicious, the coppa and prosciutto are excellent. The potato gnocchi with salami paste, Lambrusco reduction, and parmesan shavings are delicious. The caramel panna cotta is delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is very fast.

If I may offer a piece of advice: if you could install a locking system for the restroom doors, that would be great; it's not the place's fault, of course, but unfortunately, many people are apparently used to leaving the doors unlocked.
