22/03/2025: A must-see when passing through Fidenza, a characteristic place, very kind, professional and courteous staff. The dishes offered on the menu are an excellence of the territory. Possibility to buy the products themselves at the sales counter. Excellent wines too. Absolutely average prices. Possibility of parking in front of the structure. I can only confirm the excellent rating every time I return to this place, compliments to the whole team.

13/04/2025: On the occasion of open dairies, we stopped in Fontanellato a small village in the province of Parma, after visiting the fortress we decided to stop for lunch at the cibarium discovering a fantastic place to taste excellent cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by fried cake, the coffee served in the moka made us feel at home ... we recommend ...
06/04/2025: Amazing place, not to be missed! The dishes are the genuine ones of the Emilian tradition of the Parma area, with freshly sliced cheeses and cured meats. The staff is very kind and always ready to explain what's on the plate, and to recommend any pairings. Vast selection of wines, desserts and preserves made strictly by hand by them.

The truly special candies with guinea fowl filling, the wonderful pork fillet. Even the homemade bread served warm. The wine at the perfect temperature... Fast, courteous, precise service. Trust Ivan, he will be able to advise you best. A place to absolutely try and return to!
