13/07/2025: For us, it's a confirmation! We've been customers for years. Excellent service, excellent menu, excellent quality, excellent cuisine from appetizer to dessert without ever a mistake! The portions are perfect! We've always drunk excellent wines! In short, it's confirmed to be top notch!

12/07/2025: Abbiamo pranzato nel giardino di questo posto stupendo che emana tranquillità e pace… è estate ma è fresco e arieggiato. Accoglienza calorosa e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato una tagliata eccellente, ci hanno servito stuzzichini, parmigiano e melone, focaccine e grissini croccanti! Anche l’interno è bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

20/07/2025: Trattoria Locanda Pasquinelli is located in the wonderfully peaceful and small village of Berceto. The climate is also nice in summer and the family that runs the Trattoria is absolutely lovely and warm. The food is perfect, always homemade pasta etc. and the service is great and the place is wonderfully cozy. I miss coming here every time. Questa Trattoria Locanda è buonissima e bellissima!

They were incredibly kind, recommended delicious dishes, and made us feel truly cared for—especially when they saw we were with children. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. 24/06/2025: The environment is apparently simple and familiar but in reality elegant and refined (without causing awe). Pleasant welcome as well as the atmosphere and the veranda where we sat. Attentive, polite, efficient and always kind service. Well-presented food that evidently uses quality raw materials and is prepared in the kitchen with taste and experience. The bill is the result of the above addends, substantially correct. Difficult to find a place if not after a long reservation, but it is certainly a place where I will return very willingly.

08/07/2025: This restaurant, located in the Parma hills, offers traditional Parmesan cuisine. A truly positive experience. We dined under the gazebo, fortunately enjoying the cool air and escape from the heat of the city. The staff were helpful, although with so many seats, they may have gotten a little overwhelmed. However, the generous portions and the delicious dishes met my expectations. We'll definitely be back at Gelsy.

25/07/2025: I've been going there for several years and it's never disappointed me. Excellent quality at great prices. The last time I ate culaccia, however, I was disappointed because they'd removed all the fat. The waitresses told me that's what customers want now! Disgraceful... like eating Parma ham and/or culatello without the fat. It loses all its sweetness, and purists would be horrified. Tradition dictates fat (aged is excellent). If you eat a balanced daily diet, it's not that fat that's bad for you... Ask for the whole slice!!! And you won't regret it. Enjoy your meal! I forgot, pair it with a glass of Lambrusco, Gutturnio, or Ortrugo.

01/07/2025: When we entered just to browse the products, a charming saleswoman offered us a platter to taste so we could get to know them!: breadsticks, cheese, two kinds of wonderful charcuterie. After our purchases, the young woman checked each item on the receipt with us and even offered to exchange one of them for a sale item! Unthinkable in France! A wonderful place, with excellent value for money. A must-see!
