07/08/2024: I do not like hamburger, but this was something else. I did not even notice it was a burger for how good it was. High level ingredients, perfect combinations, super nice service and atmosphere. There is not a single thing that I did not like! Absolutely recommended!

The environment is fantastic, a small oasis in the center of the city. We often think of going to eat typical or foreign dishes, but in this place you will find the fusion of the American dish par excellence with the best local raw materials, accompanied by a series of other delicious choices. The vegan offer and also the gluten free one are very appreciable. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

15/08/2024: Beppe takes care of everything in the restaurant, as unfortunately he has no waiters or other staff. But at the same time it doesn't miss anything and the rice is exceptional. Only a little more cleaning would be needed in the bathrooms, but otherwise I absolutely recommend it.

15/08/2024: Excellent restaurant located in a small alley in the center of Parma. We chose not to take a dish in order to try their prosciutto and culatello accompanied by parmigiano reggiano and their famous torta fritta: a real delight! Fair prices for the service and quantities served. An establishment to absolutely try when visiting Parma!

10/08/2024: Chance led us to this restaurant. We were not disappointed. It was very good and the team very welcoming. The chef's daughter speaks a little French and gave us very good advice. Be careful, this is a real Italian restaurant, there is no menu card. It costs between 25 and 30€ per person with starter, main course, dessert and drink.

22/07/2024: As a pure omnivore, trying to eat this type of cuisine has always led to prejudice, this restaurant has literally erased any type of negative lucubration. I ate not only very well but in a satisfying way, with taste peaks that were difficult to compare. Compliments.

17/07/2024: We’ve been coming here for many years. We were so happy to see that Arnie runs the restaurant now. He has always been so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a great ambiance, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We ate here twice on our last trip to San Gimignano. The carbonara was sooo good. I also had truffle steak which was grilled to perfection, and it was the best steak I’ve ever had in Italy. Don’t miss out on this gem of San Gimignano.

22/07/2024: Locanda spettacolare con cibo molto curato e pochi coperti per dare il massimo del servizio. Tagliere con gnocco fritto, affettati e formaggi paradisiaco così come la pasta coi porcini freschissimi fatti in casa. Carne strepitosa, cotta a puntino e di ottima qualità. Dolci spettacolari. Abbiamo mangiato la caratteristica torretta, una dolce bellissimo da vedere ma a dir poco fantastico per il palato. Prezzo in linea con la qualità del cibo. I titolari due persone simpaticissime e davvero ospitali. Ci si sente davvero a casa. La locanda è vicinissima al Fidenza Village, se siete in zona andateci. Parcheggio abbastanza semplice nelle vicinanze. Possibilità di cenare all'interno e all'esterno.

06/08/2024: Nice place with a wide choice of dishes. Fresh pasta is made on the spot. The dishes are partly typical of local cuisine and partly innovative. I recommend the aubergine tortelli and the wholemeal spaghetti with julienned vegetables and burrata cream. The second courses are equally worth it, especially the roast beef. Advise.

Ottima location in centro al paese, menù molto interessante, gentilezza e precisione nel servizio e cucina sfiziosa.Rapporto qualità /prezzo ottimo. Se si è in zona, consigliatissimo!

03/08/2024: Usciti dall'autostrada per una breve cena senza sottostare alle offerte dozzinali degli autogrill, abbiamo incontrato La Maison per caso ed è stato amore a prima vista. Locale accogliente, di elegante semplicità con cucina legata al territorio, prodotti di alta qualità, servizio professionale, gentile e rapido. Un vero piacere incontrare posti come questo durante i viaggi.

24/07/2024: Excellent place to spend a pleasant evening, in summer there is a very suggestive summer part with a beautiful view of the hills! Very good food, I recommend it for a different experience than usual!
