01/04/2024: Looking for a vegetarian restaurant, we were attracted to Apriti Sesamo for Easter Monday lunch. Excellent choice! Lots of flavour, very high level with the various preparations and perfect balance of flavours. The vegan pastiera is also good, with a very pleasant and persistent taste

Not that the food and the environment are any less, but Mariella and Guido have the gift of knowing how to make you feel good. You find yourself hosted as if you were at home in an atmosphere far removed from the classic restaurant or trattoria. Serenity, good food, excellent wines, little waste and lots of time available to enjoy the table and conviviality in its best expression

29/03/2024: Excellent dinner in an environment that I would define as familiar. I, who don't particularly like white wine, changed my mind thanks to the very perfect pairings proposed to us during our dinner. A beautiful discovery in the Parma Apennines.

04/04/2024: An unmissable place for anyone in Busseto and its surroundings. Quality of food, cold cuts and sauces, at its best. The house Lambrusco is also very remarkable.

02/04/2024: Characteristic and unusual place: a platter of cured meats and some cheeses is served, with various sauces and bread/focaccia. Everything excellent. No cutlery is provided. Wine is drunk in a bowl. It is also possible to purchase various typical products (cured meats, spongarda, wines...)

02/04/2024: Off the beaten path, close to the main road in the heart of parma. Nice large place with a large menu. The house wine was great, the pasta was good, and the meat plate was large. The waiter never returned, and we had to figure out how to check out. Watch your bill as they charged us for 3 wines when we had 2. When I questioned it, she gave me my money back without even asking the waiter.

02/04/2024: I have been a customer of the Osteria di Fornio for at least ten years, although I go about once a year due to the distance between my place of residence and Fidenza. This restaurant is a real point of reference for good Emilian cuisine, expertly revisited by the chef in a more contemporary key, without however distorting it. At these levels of quality it is difficult to talk about dishes being better than others. However, I would like to point out the Buon Insieme menu, thanks to which we got to know the Osteria di Fornio years ago, which represents an excellent way to get to know the dishes of this place and its territory at 360°. The welcome from the dining room staff was also genuine and professional, led by the friendly husband of the chef and co-owner. A service as warm as that of taverns and as attentive as that of an excellent restaurant. Absolutely recommended and, without doubt, we will continue to return.

30/03/2024: Food: I ate one of the menus offered, what can I say about the sushi, mediocre is a compliment. Service? Minimum needed. A place that seems to have been created from a warehouse and which, starting from the window and ending with the furnishings, so as not to be exaggerated, I define as "characterless". I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to sushi lovers!

01/04/2024: They were closing but kindly Silvia, the manager at the tables. He made me sit outside. A comfortable table... Here, I savored an excellent platter of local cured meats... and a basket of Fried Gnocco. Here, they know how to do Salami, Ham, Culatello and Parmesan. Highly recommended! Attend and savor everything with a good glass of 🍷. ....(family management) Today is Easter Monday 1st April at 3.54pm

30/03/2024: First time at dinner, I found a warm and welcoming environment with soft lights, very kind staff. What can I say about the courses, tortelli with chard and pork coppa with caramelized onions were extraordinary, then the freshly made tiramisu was like eating a soft cloud. Two magnums of red and white wine recommended and truly enjoyable. The bill was a real surprise, I expected much more given the quality and instead everything was very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ps: the last photo has nothing to do with it but I can't delete it 🤷‍♂️
