I recommend the meat, which is available in many varieties and is of excellent quality. The portions are generous. The appetizers and desserts are also excellent.

It's not cheap, but very good food and tasty, i sugguest you. They have the best meat that you can find here in Parma.

I had lunch with a colleague who already knew the place, and he wanted me to try their cured meats and meats. Jokingly comparing it to other lunches we've had in my native Tuscany. I must say that the quality of the dishes is breathtaking, with top-quality ingredients. The ox back is delicious; I've never eaten meat this good. The welcome and hospitality were excellent...what can I say? I'll be back and recommend it... The prices aren't those of a tavern, but they're in line with the quality and service.

We arrived at Parma Rotta with our cat and were greeted with great kindness. My husband, a regular in the 1990s, wanted me to discover this place during a trip to Parma, and it was worth it. We enjoyed excellent cured meats and Parmigiano, accompanied by an excellent Lambrusco, and also treated ourselves to a delicious fior di latte gelato. The location is well-kept, bright, and truly pleasant. An excellent experience: we'll gladly return to savor other specialties.

The experience was average. The ingredients were good, especially the cured meats, which were excellent. We had a Florentine steak for main course: the meat was good quality, but the cooking was below par. I wouldn't recommend it.

We returned to the Parma Rotta restaurant after many years, and I have to say it's not the same anymore. Excellent service, excellent location, but as someone else wrote... the food was reheated, and given the prices, that's unheard of. My wife and I shared a plate of grilled artichokes, and they were barely warm. The 1.450 kg Piedmontese Florentine steak was also reheated... the bone was clean and cold, certainly not taken from a grill. I pointed this out, and the obviously prompt and knowledgeable staff took the plate to reheat the Florentine steak, which came back a short time later and was not at all hot. I won't be returning... a negative experience. Your response was as prompt as it was predictable. It's a shame that we heard two other tables near ours complaining about the same thing... cold meat.
