06/04/2025: Update April 2025 Almost completely vegan, refined and tasty dishes and always friendly service Looking for a vegetarian restaurant, we were attracted to Apriti Sesamo for Easter Monday lunch. Excellent choice! Lots of flavour, very high level with the various preparations and perfect balance of flavours. The vegan pastiera is also good, with a very pleasant and persistent taste

23/03/2025: A wonderful experience even for non-vegetarian people who want to try new and more sustainable flavours. For the first time I tasted seitan and it reminded me a lot of the flavor of meat, but I appreciated it only for the taste itself (and not for the similarity): soft, succulent, with a base of vegetables (cap and purple potato) and perfect sauces. However, we were a little disappointed by the lasagna because it only tasted of artichokes, even though it was still good.

30/03/2025: The proposed menu is undoubtedly varied and well served. Excellent cuisine and very kind staff. The only sore point is the unique environment which obviously lends itself to generating market confusion.. In all ways to be recommended even if objectively not cheap. Excellent location for good relaxation.. But not during lunch.

Il menù degustazione offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con ingredienti selezionati e piatti di grande qualità. Il servizio è cordiale e attento, mentre la carta dei vini è ampia e ben curata. Ogni volta che veniamo da Milano, è sempre un piacere tornarci!

08/04/2025: We have been in Verona, Venezia, Piemonte and Bologna. This was our favorite restaurant! The service and the food were outstanding! We had planned to go to Ai Due Platani, but our hotel (beautiful Palazzo Della Rosa Prati) recommended this great restaurant right across the piazza (the amazing duomo piazza visible through the restaurant windows) that we could walk to versus taking a cab. So happy we came. The fried bread and parmegiano reggiano cheese were awesome. We followed that with the tortelli with ricotta ( the pasta was so light!) and the risotto…..both outstanding! I was thrilled that they had fish in this meat region. The codfish with sea beans and the snapper in cabbage were so delicate and delicious. The servers and the owners were so attentive. If you are in Parma, do not miss this gem!

25/03/2025: After years I went back to eating pizza and I must say that it is always at the top, really very good and with quality ingredients

12/04/2025: I finally ate the Catalan lobster. The owner is a wonderful person and the waiter is very kind. I absolutely recommend it: I tasted (offered by the owner) a raw sea urchin. Experience to be redone.

10/04/2025: Ho cenato presso questo ristornate ubicato in pieno centro città a Parma. L'antipasto di salumi misti era proprio buono e abbondante. Molto gustoso lo spezzatino con la polenta. Cameriere di sala giovani e cordiali, così come il titolare. Prezzi nella media della città. Nel complesso un giudizio molto buono, lo consiglio e ci ritornerei

28/03/2025: Typical local food with a wide choice. Very good appetizer, wine too. I didn't like the tomato-filled rice, but that's because I expected a slightly different dish (my fault). Price maybe a little above average

22/03/2025: Che dire...ottimo.locale accogliente,antipasto con torta fritta e salumi, davvero gustosi e porzioni soddisfacenti. Come primi abbiamo assaggiato ik risotto cacio e pepe, davvero gustoso, r la crepe di grano saraceno ripiena di ricotta e carciofi su una delicata crema di zucca...un piatto dl sapore delicato con sapori che si sposano divinamente. Anche i bocconcini ai funghi davvero teneri e saporiti.Esperienza davvero ottima. Ritorneremo sicuramente.Consigliatissimo!!
