01/06/2025: Osteria dei Servi is the first restaurant I went into when I arrived in Parma: it did not disappoint my expectations at all. High quality raw materials, from prosciutto to parmesan, from tortelli to horse tartare. Super professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended, really.

31/05/2025: Authentic Parma "regionale" food. Meat, cheese, wild boar. All of it "fantastico". Really helps if you speak some Italian; however, you can get by. Great location to sites and sounds of city too. Atmosphere is super locale rustic. Enjoy!

Very good traditional cuisine and excellent value for money, the staff is prepared to answer any question and really kind. Recommended if you want to eat well and spend the right amount!

02/06/2025: A good restaurant where you can eat local cuisine at an excellent quality/price ratio. The cold cuts and first courses are exceptional. Unfortunately, the dining room didn't blow me away, unlike the service which I found impeccable.

26/05/2025: I can only give top marks to this restaurant. The environment is extremely well-kept, welcoming and quiet, ideal for a relaxing evening. The pizza is simply delicious: every variation I tried proved to be excellent, thanks to a light and perfectly balanced dough that makes it digestible and tasty. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. The staff is friendly and attentive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. I can't wait to come back to savor these delicacies again!

06/06/2025: they mixed up the table orders, even after the problem was explained it was not resolved. Definitely inattentive staff. Soy sauce is shitty. The 'somaki frito ūno' did not arrive. Slow and inefficient service, also the staff was not very cooperative.

29/05/2025: The environment is well-kept and renovated and the staff is available and attentive to every need, but the sore point is not so much the pizza that disappointed my expectations (both light and thick dough), but the dessert: the small millefeuille was disappointing.

16/05/2025: We spotted this restaurant whilst walking past when it was closed. We just had a good vibe about it and went back when it opened. It was such a brilliant evening on every level. The owner was extremely patient with us explaining the menu. We then asked for the wine list, and she said, "I am the wine list." You just had this feeling you could trust her. We were right she chose two delicious wines with a great depth of flavour. Her knowledge was excellent. The quality of ingredients and taste of the food was outstanding. We had a selection of meats and cheeses. The parmesan cheese was 27 months old. I had cod in a tomato sauce, and my husband had slow cooked beef with potato and courgettes. We both loved our meal. If you want slow food cooked with passion, brilliant natural good service, and a lovely atmosphere, then you will love this place. The playlist is absolutely brilliant as well. We had visited, Turin, Bologna, Ferrari and Parma. Tra L'uss e L'asa was a handsome down favourite with us both.

The friendly and welcoming staff makes the experience even more enjoyable. The selection of wines is also excellent, chosen with taste. A little gem for those who love real cuisine. 🔝

07/06/2025: the guy who served us today, even though it was Saturday afternoon and we were a large group, was very calm, willing to please us and fast! even with the help of the girl, unfortunately I don't remember their names, but it's worth coming back especially for the goodness of the ice creams and even the cone!

Excellent food, the handmade stuffed pasta was really good, we took a plate with different tastings, I recommend the horse meat, it was really a discovery for me and I would eat it a thousand more times, always from them though. 😂

25/05/2025: Trattoria fantastica. Antipasti super, primi come a casa, secondi anche. I dolci casalinghi stupendi. In più si possono comprare i loro prodotti. Proprietari simpatici e alla mano. Tra le trattorie migliori. Bravi bravi.
