16/05/2026: Historic restaurant in the center of Parma, with an excellent selection of traditional dishes and a good selection of high-quality wines. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly and efficient.
14/05/2026: We went here on a Saturday for lunch. The place is very nice and well-maintained. The food was truly excellent. The cured meats and meats were of excellent quality.
The wait staff were some smiling and kind, others less so, but overall it was a good experience. I recommend it.

09/05/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the ingredients. Everything was carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. The owners are very kind and attentive; we felt welcomed. The location is also lovely; the restaurant is tastefully decorated, while you can also eat outside, enjoying the atmosphere of the piazza. Highly recommended.

Definitely deserving of at least one star, I think it won't be long in coming.
A few dishes to choose from for each type, but all of the highest quality. The ingredients are not ordinary, but excellent. Dishes are elegantly presented.
Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff.
Very well-maintained restaurant. Extensive wine list.
Dogs are welcome, even large ones.

05/04/2026: A takeaway Caprese sandwich (industrial mozzarella and tomato) cost 8 euros.
The exorbitant price was attributed to the cost of the ciabatta.
The waitress was kind, however, and, to my disappointment, offered to remake it differently. The problem, however, isn't that, but rather the feeling of being cheated by constant and absurd price increases, especially in Parma.

17/05/2026: We reach this beautiful trattoria by motorbike. At the entrance, a wonderful counter welcomes us, a smile greets us.
A starter of cured meats, aged to perfection. Only the finest local produce is served here. We order some first courses, they're delicious. Tortelli with herbs. Enough to make you close your eyes and dream. For dessert, a homemade semifreddo, also delicious.
What more can I say? Absolutely worth trying.

17/05/2026: The service was quick, the cured meats served with gnocco and tigelle were good, and the sliced steak was also good, though I was a bit disappointed with the shank. Everything else was fine, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

29/04/2026: The pizza is small and not particularly tasty, the dough is rather dry, and it's not worth the price, which is above average. Dessert (crème brulee) is good. The location and service are unimpressive. It's worth noting that the restaurant automatically responds to reviews that aren't 5-star, which doesn't really help improve anything.
