13/07/2025: It must have been the evening, but the service was very slow (we waited an hour just to take our order, without even getting bread and water), not attentive, nor perfect! Subsequently, bread and a small entree arrived. The appetizers were really good, the quality of the ingredients excellent. We didn't like the first courses, nor the second courses. The desserts weren't appreciated by everyone. High expectations...disappointed!

11/07/2025: Wedding anniversary, organized at the last minute, a sensational evening in every way. Excellent staff, super-well-maintained venue, and... The dishes... What can I say... Excellent or excellent is limiting. Every preparation by the chef brought back aromas and sensations of places far and near. Every bite was an explosion of flashbacks. Beautiful place. We were pampered all evening. Well done, well done, well done.

09/07/2025: Well... what the hell am I saying? We're in Serie A here: whatever you order is an experience. We went a few years ago for a tasting menu and a pre-dinner cocktail. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Take a seat at the table! The dancing begins! Where do we start? Try those sauces spread on fragrant bread and focaccia, in the tavern with the gluttons, in church with the saints. Listen to Othello in the background! Excuse me, waiter, can you bring me the platter? Salami, pancetta, prosciutto, culatello, a little Fortana in your glass. 03/08/2025: I have Sicilian relatives who live in Germany... and when they come down they stop at my place in Salso... and they want to eat torta fritta... over the years I've bought it everywhere. But the one that makes ceriati is unbeatable... the best torta fritta... and also the parmesan cream... which is not cut with cream but is parmesan cream... they are the number 1...

02/08/2025: We visited this trattoria on a summer evening, high in the hills of Salso. I rate it excellent, among the best trattorias in the entire Emilia-Romagna region. Starting with the torta fritta and mixed cured meats, fried polenta with lard, sautéed mushrooms and fried porcini mushrooms, mezzelune pasta with truffles, tagliatelle with meat sauce, and finally tiramisu and coconut semifreddo. The house wine was good. The staff was friendly and quick. We just met you and we're confident we'll always find the same passion and quality in providing the best local flavors. See you next time!

28/06/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente ed elegante con personale gentile e discreto. Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo. Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

09/08/2025: Abbiamo deciso di passare la serata al ristorante Incontro di Salso io e le mie cugine, per il nostro periodico incontro di famiglia, e ne siamo rimaste come ogni volta entusiaste ! Pizza e carpaccio di pesce ottimi. E non dimentichiamo che si può anche fare asporto quando si vuole !

Fast service, Giacomo welcomed us and advised us from start to finish with attention and friendliness in order to guarantee us an excellent culinary experience. Good prices for the quality it offers!! Not to be missed if you are in the area!!

22/06/2025: Highly recommended! Characteristic interior environment, even outside, despite the summer heat, we had a great time, under a wooden structure and among the trees. Excellent food, quality cold cuts, very good first courses and the meat melted in your mouth. The gentleman who served us, Giacomo, very kind and friendly! Very honest prices! Go there!

01/08/2025: We ordered a traditional menu and a local menu. This gave us an insight into the local flavors and everything was extremely delicious. The service staff was also extremely polite.

31/07/2025: Cold detail important. Service with a smile and lots of patience thank you! Every element, down to the lighting, felt intentional and warm.

19/07/2025: Friendly staff, decent food, ham a little too fresh... Not so much for those at the cash register. A piece of advice? A crash course on how to respond to customers. Yes, because we're not there yet. Separate bills are a customer's right, just like receiving a receipt. But everything seems so obsolete now.

18/07/2025: A nice restaurant in Parma; we were lucky because they told us it's almost never full. We ordered veal with tuna sauce, baked potatoes, torta frittab (don't call it gnocco fritto), and half a glass of wine. The price was more than reasonable for the quality of the food. In total, including dessert, we spent 72 euros for two.
