06/04/2024: What caught my attention was the size of the bread, as I passed through Cavour Street, I saw several people eating these snacks, I immediately wanted to try them. The attendant, who is Italian, is super attentive and friendly, and makes customers feel at ease, as she also speaks impeccable English. In the kitchen, very good organization and communication with the waitress, leaving the service very fast and with quality. In short, it's worth stopping for a meal.

You can see that there is a search for details and careful attention to the choice of raw materials behind it. 02/04/2024: I hate to leave bad reviews, but I must. Just read the top comments (all from tourists) and the negative comments (mostly from locals). I won't say the food was bad, I love all pasta from anywhere. The ravioli didn't taste any different than the ravioli you can get from the frozen food section at the supermarket and the bread was so bland. If you're coming all the way to Parma for food, this is not the place.

01/04/2024: Looking for a vegetarian restaurant, we were attracted to Apriti Sesamo for Easter Monday lunch. Excellent choice! Lots of flavour, very high level with the various preparations and perfect balance of flavours. The vegan pastiera is also good, with a very pleasant and persistent taste

02/04/2024: Off the beaten path, close to the main road in the heart of parma. Nice large place with a large menu. The house wine was great, the pasta was good, and the meat plate was large. The waiter never returned, and we had to figure out how to check out. Watch your bill as they charged us for 3 wines when we had 2. When I questioned it, she gave me my money back without even asking the waiter.

30/03/2024: First time at dinner, I found a warm and welcoming environment with soft lights, very kind staff. What can I say about the courses, tortelli with chard and pork coppa with caramelized onions were extraordinary, then the freshly made tiramisu was like eating a soft cloud. Two magnums of red and white wine recommended and truly enjoyable. The bill was a real surprise, I expected much more given the quality and instead everything was very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ps: the last photo has nothing to do with it but I can't delete it 🤷‍♂️

20/02/2024: A more than positive experience regarding the raw material. We tried a starter of cured meats, tortelloni and horse pesto All very good. The only sore point, at least for me, is the lack of accompanying the appetizer with the traditional gnocco or fried pie. Anyway, worth coming back
