26/04/2026: We went to Hostariola because of the atmosphere, which was truly refined and surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, the culinary experience didn't live up to our expectations. We started with torta fritta and cured meats: while the torta fritta was good, the cured meats were mediocre in quality and decidedly lacking in quantity. The sore point was the wait: over 50 minutes between the appetizer and the main course, an excessive and unjustified amount. For our main course, we shared a 1.6 kg Florentine steak (sliced ​​at the table, a nice touch). However, the included side dish arrived on a tray of grilled vegetables that wasn't enough for four people. The most disappointing part came when we asked for more: the waiter, after initially being accommodating, told us that they would serve all the other tables first and then bring us "what was left." I find it unacceptable that, after ordering a large cut of meat, a customer should be told they'll be given the leftovers from other orders for a simple side dish. It's a shame, because the place deserves it, but the service and customer care were seriously lacking. I expressed my disappointment to the waiter, who, perhaps out of embarrassment or a lack of professionalism, laughed in my face. Such an attitude, faced with a customer who is raising a legitimate issue, is completely inappropriate. I billed over €160, noticed they added an extra bottle of water, and, without even apologizing, handed me €5, telling me he didn't have change. I'm sorry, but I'd rather not come back.

30/09/2025: A very nice place in Colorno, with the option to sit outside away from the traffic. The staff is very helpful and friendly, but the wait is a bit long. The selection is limited, but the quality is excellent.

26/03/2026: The pizza is really very good, highly recommended, I really like the fries, they are excellent, but unfortunately I didn't like the zeppole.

11/02/2026: A splendid pastry shop on the Mantua road in Sabbioneta. They produce their own true pastry gems, especially a wide variety of chocolates, true masterpieces. A little paradise for those with a sweet tooth. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

19/04/2026: The pizza was tasty, well-rolled, and arrived quickly. The staff was warm and extremely friendly, especially the lady who serves the tables, who was wonderful!
