18/11/2025: A good place (avoid when crowded). Good polenta. Friendly owners.

12/11/2025: We'd been away for a while, but on Sunday, November 9, 2025, my wife Monica, our two big dogs, and I returned. The guys, as always so kind, welcomed us and sat us down in the bar area in front of the stove. It was 6°C outside, and it was very comfortable inside. We ate two polentas (one with Taleggio and mushrooms, and one with Taleggio and wild boar) that were out of this world, drank water and a delicious still white wine from a carafe, and finished with a blueberry dessert. The guys then offered us a truly delicious mountain pine liqueur. Beyond the good food, the atmosphere at Cavone is just what I like, and I always enjoy going there. We really should go back more often. Well done. Keep up the good work.

14/10/2025: My experience was completely negative, simply because of the presumption of the gentleman at the register. The arrogance and presumption he displayed toward the customer was unparalleled... simply because I asked for a bottle of water I'd ordered and never opened to be removed from my bill. But the irony was that, despite expressing his disagreement with not charging me for it, and explaining that he was kindly doing me a favor, if I hadn't checked the receipt, I never would have gone back and asked him to give me that infamous bottle of water that he'd accidentally forgotten to remove from my bill. How sad.

30/11/2025: such a disappointing service…the waiter with glasses was acting very agressively towards a friend keeping him from grabbing a chair and mocking him. the rest of the waiters were nice and polite.

24/09/2025: A highly qualified, expert coffee roaster, it's a perfect establishment where you can see the importance of roasting coffee. You can find not only the Italian espresso style, which is enhanced by a heavy roast, but also beans with a light to medium roast or an anaerobic process for more refined tastes. Italy always surprises you with wonderful surprises. 10 stars from me.

14/12/2025: One star because zero is impossible! Let's start by saying that despite making a reservation 10 days in advance and reconfirming it that same day, the table wasn't ready. The pizza was borderline decent, and at the cafe they told us to vacate the table quickly! We'll definitely be back!

30/10/2025: At Sabino, you're pampered. We decided to go to the restaurant for lunch on Sunday, close to our wedding anniversary: ​​we wanted something less crowded, perhaps seafood, but my husband remembered a restaurant in the lower Bologna area... and of course, he was wrong! After calling to make a reservation, he realized it wasn't the place he remembered, but we went anyway: our first experience at a PLACE THAT MOSTLY STARRED. We spent a fortune, but we have no regrets! We were the only guests in the dining room, served and pampered by Chef Sabino: delicious dishes, made with excellent ingredients, with sophisticated presentations and combinations. The fregola with shellfish (a dish that earned a Michelin star) and the creamed cod with truffle were amazing. The restaurant isn't for everyone's budget, but it's worth a visit... or maybe twice!

29/06/2025: Very fresh fish expertly prepared (and described) by the chef. Everything is excellent, starting from the bread and ending with the sorbets and ice creams. New and unusual combinations in a refined and sophisticated environment

06/12/2025: Very good and digestible pizzas, kind, present and helpful staff, excellent beers 😉. Recommended, I spent a lovely evening with friends.

26/11/2025: I went to eat last night with some colleagues. The menu wasn't very varied, just average. The beers were good. The staff were helpful and quick. The place was large and chaotic; we had a table near the oven and the kitchen. My eyes quickly started burning from the smoke, undoubtedly due to a malfunctioning ventilation system. When I got home, I had to shower and wash my hair, and I had to hang my clothes out the window. Guys, please fix this inconvenience; it certainly doesn't look good!

30/11/2025: This dumpling shop offers fusion cuisine, traditional Chinese dishes revisited with local ingredients. The food is good, and the location and atmosphere are very nice. Highly recommended.

22/11/2025: Good but not great. Like others have said, given the hype, we expected a better dining experience. The pad thai was innovative and delicious. The classic ravioli dish was fine, but seems overpriced as compared to what’s available at other local Asian restaurants. Shaomai special dish was interesting but uneven. Cerasuola wine a good value at €23. Panna cotta was delicious. Additionally, the vibe just felt a bit off. Perfunctory service. Didn’t seem like staff were enjoying being there. And the harsh fluorescent light in the cooking area needs some adjusting.

26/09/2025: When you least expect it, life throws a surprise at you. One of the best pizzas in the area. A well-run place with excellent food.

11/09/2025: Upon entering, the most striking thing is the outside ambiance, which appears inadequate compared to the pizzeria's much more refined interior. We drove all the way to Budrio, drawn by the numerous videos online, but alas, the pizza didn't pass muster, being average among many others in the Bologna area. The service was good!
