place frequented by those who visit the horn at the stairs and by bikers. In front of the entrance is the beautiful Cavone lake. I find the first courses, especially the dry pastas, mediocre, both in terms of pasta shapes and seasonings. I find it practical for drinking a beer and spending time chatting with friends. Prices not modest. Staff very stressed at times and hasty.

After a nice trek to visit the Dardena waterfalls, the Carbone refuge was an oasis to refresh and warm up after the Easter rain. Mountain cuisine, we had wild boar and roe deer polenta and desserts, all excellent. Next trek from those parts we will return

The polenta with game, roast potatoes and porcini mushrooms was very tasty, we ate very well. Perfect service, very kind and quick. A very welcoming trattoria.

23/07/2023: Locale fantastico. Cucina casalinga ma OTTIMA! anche abbondante tanto che ci siamo portati a casa anche la cena! Personale veramente da osannare, dal momento che partono con il servizio sono anche veloci. Buono tutto. Complimenti!

22/10/2023: American Bar-Pub Da Ceppo offers a large and varied menu. Personally, I particularly prefer cold cuts with crescentine. The platters are varied, with different cured meats, cheeses and vegetables in oil, while the crescentine are simply delicious. The environment is welcoming and the managers are kind and friendly.
