08/06/2025: I have been going to this fantastic restaurant since the summer of 2021, the guys who run the place are fantastic, kind, courteous, friendly and professional. The outdoor setting in a public park personally gives me the feeling of home and makes me feel very comfortable, in fact it is the favorite place for me and my partner to have a quiet dinner (and in the cool when the days get hotter). As for the food, it is impossible for me to give it a truthful evaluation because with their seasonal menus they always outdo themselves more. I also had the opportunity to test their lunch offer a couple of times when I was passing by, it was fantastic for me, too bad I work far away.

15/06/2025: The name “Osteria” could be misleading, but Osteria Alberto, just outside Ferrara, is much more than you might expect. Welcomed without a reservation by the very kind Martina, who with great kindness and courtesy sat me down and served me quickly despite the place being full, I immediately perceived a rustic and authentic environment, which however soon leaves room for a high-level gastronomic experience. The menu immediately reveals the chef's intent: to reinterpret tradition with creativity, without ever distorting it. I tasted two appetizers: fried polenta in Parmesan fondue and truffle, very fragrant and delicious, and a plate of raw ham with vegetables and warm balsamic vinegar cream, a real treat for those who love this ingredient. But the dish that really won me over were the cappelletti au gratin: very small, with a very thin pastry and a delicious filling. The choice to serve them au gratin was surprising and satisfying. The meal was accompanied by an excellent glass of wine, chosen from two proposals chosen by Martina (a great wine connoisseur) at the time of opening. The bill? A little above average, but absolutely consistent with the quality of the raw materials and the care of the proposal. A place to recommend for those who love traditional cuisine elevated with taste and competence. I will be back very willingly!

08/06/2025: We had an unforgettable experience at Osteria da Alberto during our trip to Italy. The staff was genuinely polite and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The food was outstanding – we enjoyed scallops with caviar, a perfectly cooked fillet Rossini style, and an exquisite seafood pasta. The wine recommended by the staff paired perfectly with our meal and was just as tasteful. The whole experience was unique and truly memorable. Highly recommended!

24/06/2025: Absolutely the best service I have received in 12 years of living in Bologna. The food is excellent. I really appreciated the fact that the air conditioning was at the right temperature, rather than very low like most places where it feels like being in Siberia with terrible consequences for health. Let's hope it stays open for at least another 1000 years. Compliments to the impeccable staff.

06/07/2025: Spartan place located inside the DLF park where the pizza is served by the slice, very imaginative in the toppings and excellent workmanship. The dough is soft and crunchy, the products are of excellent quality, the peculiarity of this place is that the pizza flavor is chosen by the pizza chef, in each slice there are four different flavors, if you do not like some ingredient just say so and the pizza chef will make sure not to use it. There is no table service, you order and when the pizza is ready you are notified by the disk, you collect it and go to eat. The draft beers are excellent, the staff is very friendly, the prices are average. I recommend you book in advance because the place is always full.

25/06/2025: Tortellini in cold broth and lasagna with rancid ragù. Absolute tourist trap, one of the worst places you can find in the entire region. It is shameful to want to propose a traditional cuisine by completely killing it when it is not even your tradition (considering the people who work there). Response to the owner: Tell me, please, why should my personal experience and objective account of the events not be a foundation? In my opinion, in a rather shameful way, your response is aimed at saving face by passing off what really happened as a "scornful version of the facts". That said, the cold broth and the spoiled ragù were pointed out and were promptly replaced with identical dishes. Rather than staying here trying to save face, I would be grateful that out of the kindness of my heart we left the place paying, because such a service deserved not to be repaid. I conclude by saying that if I were you I would declare that I do not have any Bolognese in the kitchen because it would be quite dishonorable for them, if they were not the fault would at least be partial.

23/06/2025: Fabulous meal, one of the best we have had in central Bologna, they isn't OTT fine dining, great menu,great service and great location. Will come again and recommend you any one.
