A beautiful cocktail bar set inside a stunning venue with breathtaking 16th-century frescoes. If you appreciate art and history, this place is an absolute must-visit. You get to enjoy incredible surroundings while sipping cocktails.
We came across it by chance during the day, and it was lovely and quiet. One of the staff members told us that evenings are much busier, with DJs playing and regular summer events that often sell out. I'd definitely recommend arriving early to secure a good spot.
The Hugo Spritz was perfectly made, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A unique place where history, art and great cocktails come together.

Its very place, nice but is very hot.inside!! Its not pleaseant such a warmth and humidity! Makes it hard to enjoy the atmosphere.
A tiny bad they use the cheap drinks for the cocktails.
Beside that its worth to.come in a fresh autumn evening 😅🤪

If you want to have a drink in a cool dystopian cocktail bar in and old chapel, this place has a 10/10 atmosphere. When you engage with the servers, they open up fully and are so excited to talk. This is a place to chill, talk, listen to tunes and steal a moment from the modern chaos outside. We will be back to tell the staff of our latest clubbin adventures! Gratie Mille!

Le stanze is a "restaurant"/cocktail bar in the center of Bologna with a very chic aesthetic. We personally enjoyed the aperitivo, which is included in the price of any cocktail and includes crisps, taralli, and, upon request, olives. Prices range from €7 for spritzes and simple cocktails to €10 for more elaborate ones, which is reasonable considering the limited aperitivo. Platters, salads, etc. are available... it's a shame about the rather slow service and the loud music.

A fascinating place with a unique setting! Le Stanze is housed in a 16th-century chapel and boasts stunning historical frescoes.
Unfortunately, the service detracts from the otherwise excellent overall impression: The staff often seem distant, even arrogant, which somewhat dampens the cozy atmosphere. The cocktails and ambiance are still worth a visit, though. If the service were a bit warmer, the experience would be perfect. But for the sheer atmosphere alone, it's definitely worth it.
