15/06/2025: Dinner as a couple passing through on the way back from the Riviera, we had tagliatelle and ravioli, homemade and wonderful, and a mascarpone also delicious. Moderate prices. Highly recommended

26/06/2025: Medium-high prices but a very nice location and instagrammable dishes as well as quality. The veranda is also beautiful, too bad about the difficulty in finding parking in the area. I recommend especially for brunch.

21/06/2025: Too bad for a nice little place in the province of Bologna. It can happen that a waiter (even if he's not inexperienced! You have to teach them, dear owner or manager, she didn't make any mistakes, but you did!) spills 3 spritz on you, but I would have expected a quicker reaction at least to dry ourselves and that, for the mix-up, the new 3 spritz were offered. Instead, no, the bill down to the last drop!! A gesture at the cashier would have been enough to turn the page and instead nothing. You've lost a potential customer.

01/06/2025: Vi devo proprio parlare di questa trattoria perché è troppo speciale. Sono stata spesso a perlustrare i migliori ristoranti dell'Emilia Romagna, anche molto costosi e ricercati, ma la trattoria Bar Ristorante Pedretti Severina a Pioppe di Salvaro, Marzabotto, è straordinaria pur nella sua semplicità. Cucina tradizionale emiliana, molta varietà di piatti, tutto assolutamente perfetto,l prezzi modici. Intanto non è facile riconoscerla, perché fuori c'è scritto "tabaccheria", e sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Dal primo locale spartano si passa a una sala semplice, all'antica, coi tavoli alti, sobria. Ma i piatti sono incredibili per la loro bontà e perfezione. Eravamo in 4. Niente menou, piatti raccontati a vista, per cui è meglio vederseli prima sul web. Ci hanno portato un piccolo piatto di salumi. Pane buonissimo. Abbiamo preso tutti un tris e sono arrivati 3 vassoi: tortellini alla panna piccolissimi, i migliori che io abbia mai mangiato, tagliatelle verdi sottili e al punto giusto di cottura con un vero ragù bolognese tirato, tortellacci finissimi con funghi porcini, dosi abbondanti per cui è stato come mangiare tre primi. Io ho preso il bollito misto, abbondante e tenerissimo, col pesto verde e il friggione, fritto misto di verdure (io le preferisco senza l'uovo e più croccanti), una trippa buonissima (cosa rara da trovare in Emilia), un vassoio per due di arrosti (coniglio, pollo, faraona), un vassoio di verdure grigliate. I dolci erano da urlo: una zuppa inglese meravigliosa e un mascarpone montato con panna e retrogusto di Sambuca, vaporoso e leggerissimo di cui abbiamo fatto il bis, limoncello sul tavolo, caffè, vino, due bottiglie d'acqua. 35 euro a testa. Ma se avessimo fatto un pranzo normale sarebbero stati 30 euro a testa o anche meno. Servizio discreto e gentile, molto rapido. La cameriera Alice (studentesse di antropologia) ci ha incantati per la sua grazia e  leggerezza (sembrava la dama dell'ermellino di Leonardo). Il padrone garbato e sorridente. Non sono mai stata meglio. Il mio amico, grande intenditore di ristoranti, è andato in cucina a elogiare la cuoca, estasiato. Io non posso che ringraziare.

26/06/2025: I may have found the evening bad at the place but terrible and rubbery dough, sour mozzarella and burnt pizzas, I would not recommend!!!!! I "gave" you 20 euros...never again

06/06/2025: I found this place by chance with my colleagues, terrible experience. Drinks completely watered down, staff very rude and arrogant, also the tables were quite dirty. I had very high expectations given the central location under the two towers. Now I understand why it is frequented only by tourists, never again!

Io e i miei figli abbiamo mangiato un super panino gigante con tantissima mortadella all'interno, che era una poesia, stracciatella e pistacchi... di una bontà spaziale! E a soli 10 euro! Ho anche avuto una calamitina gratuita a forma di tortellino con su scritto Bologna, che adoro 😍🥰 Non vedo l'ora di assaggiare anche le piadine e dei biscotti a ravioloni con il cioccolato dentro 😍😋 Lo raccomando senz'altro! 😊😉

28/06/2025: The place is historic, with a nice informal and welcoming atmosphere. The problem is the waitress, really grumpy and rude! I have worked for years in contact with the public and I know that patience and a smile are essential.. even when you are tired and annoyed you have to be able to communicate in the right way, otherwise you change jobs..

25/06/2025: We had the meat and bread selection (tagliere) with added sides (squacerone cheese, spiced lard, parmesan cheese, arugula, etc.), tortellini in brodo, and the chocolate cake (tenerina) and coffee for dessert and everything was INCREDIBLE! Not only was the tagliere selection heaven on a cutting board, I actually cried eating the tortellini in brodo: for a dish so simple, it was one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. Perfect all the way around. Our waitress was also very helpful and kind in recommending Bologna-specific things to try. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! Update: after coming here in January, I managed to make a special trip to come back just for the tortellini again and it was just as good the second time 🥰

26/01/2025: Review update...I repeat my 5 stars only because I can't give more. Entering here makes you feel at home, they are always smiling and kind! About the food... what can I say... quality and passion are released with every bite... of tortellone or raviola! It is now my fixed stop in Bolo and also my safe haven. Kisses from Santarcangelo 💜 Pliers, what a passion! Apart from the courtesy of the staff, which never hurts... the quality of the products is unquestionable... tried both sweet and non-sweet, and I must say that everything is a 10 and I would also add praise to something. I can't publish any photos... I never have time to capture anything that is still whole 😅 I recommend the Pinza and the raviole because among those I tried in Bologna I strongly believe they are the BEST. Absolutely honest prices. I also noticed the cleanliness of the premises and the staff. Well done, keep it up! Don't be put off by the parking... there is Lercaro in front but there is also a whole residential area behind where there is always a little hole.... I recommend and recommend Nonna Cesira!

04/01/2025: Once you buy the tortellini (€32 per kg) you want to learn how to make them 😁, they are good anyway, congratulations, then obviously it is just one of the many proposals that I imagine are one better than the other, it is important to work with the "heart" that is the real discriminant in every human activity. Well done. Minimal packaging for the tortellini (placed in a paper bag for food without the tray) but in my opinion it is fine like this what counts is the substance. Kind staff, when I left there was no response to my greeting.. it can happen (in the meantime a couple had entered)
