21/02/2025: We went to this Osteria for a special birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes and the kindness of the owners. We ordered tortellini (delicious), tagliatelle, cutlet, potatoes and friggione, all really delicious. When booking I also asked if they could make me a tiramisu cake for 6 people, which also exceeded expectations. Absolutely recommended restaurant.

18/01/2025: The Piadinosauro in Imola is one of the places where I often eat piadina, the prices are honest and the quality of the products is very high, the piadinas are freshly prepared, therefore kneaded instantly, you can find a vast choice of piadinas, rolls, watercress and fried piada, you can also taste Ascoli olives, fried mozzarella and the inevitable chips🍟 I also wanted to point out that in some piadinerias, the piadina is folded in two, at Piadinosauro, however, the piadinas are two on top of each other, which is no small thing 😉. I returned with the new management, for the first time since I have been a customer, 14 years, for having taken the same things I paid more than €25, when previously I did not exceed €18. They didn't have bacon for the piadina, we opted for a roll, after paying, they called me telling me that they had run out of sautéed mushrooms, but in the end they still took 7.10 euros for the roll, plus the Ascoli olives that I had ordered, they turned out to be arancini, which I took back because I hadn't ordered them. In the end, two rolls, two beers and a portion of Ascoli olives, €25.70. Never paid a similar amount with Sauro, I repeat, never exceeded €18. For the record, after ordering the Ascoli olives, they were not included in my bill, as can be seen from the receipt. See you never again 👋🏻

15/02/2025: For Valentine's Day we went for dinner, we ate very well, abundant and delicious dishes, they also have a wide choice of excellent quality wines, I will be back as soon as possible, very good 👏👏👏👏👏

The dishes I had the pleasure of tasting were a true riot of flavors (especially the tortellini). Each course is prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, reflecting a gastronomic tradition that is recognizable with every bite. The venue itself is charming, with decor that tells the story of the place, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Another highlight is definitely the wine selection, which is truly excellent. Staff always available and prepared, as well as friendly. In conclusion, Antica Drogheria Bergamini is a restaurant that brings together the best of the gastronomic tradition of our areas, offering excellent service in a unique environment.

14/02/2025: Very nice and intimate place, with approximately 30 seats (reservation recommended) and in the historic center. The proposal is both traditional and revisited. All delicious, I particularly recommend the sweet Mont Blanc (pictured). I will definitely be back!

27/11/2024: Ho comprato 12 dolci mignon che, a mio modestissimo parere, non sono stati né buonissimi né altro. Diciamo che sono stati sufficientemente accettabili. Scrivo ciò, con una grossa delusione, perché, per dei dolci venduti a 68€/kg mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di magistrale. Se fossero stati pagati a 30€/kg sarebbero stati più che in linea ma così… beh così no! Pagare14,50€ per 12 dolci mignon dal peso complessivo di 210 gr è esagerato anche se ti trovi da Iginio Massari! Ritornate con i piedi per terra che tra le nuvole c’è poco ossigeno e rischiate di vaneggiare

21/12/2024: Mi marido y yo hicimos una clase de pasta por la noche en octubre mientras visitábamos Bolonia. Habíamos tomado un par de otros mientras que en nuestro viaje de 2 semanas a Italia, esto fue lo mejor! ¡Aprendimos a hacer tortelloni y tagliatelle! La pasta era increíble y nos encantó ver nuestra creación cobrar vida. ¡Increíble lo que puede hacer un poco de agua de pasta y mantequilla para complementar los tortellones frescos! Aprendimos mucho y lo pasamos de maravilla! Gracias por una velada increíble e informativa! Viaje de toda la vida!
