I had a delicious cake, truly excellent, but it was supposed to be eaten three days later and they told me to freeze the layered puff pastry cake... the result was a disaster... a terrible impression on the guests. The flavor was exceptional, but the cake was completely ruined with the pastry crumbling all over... how is this possible?

The cappuccino and croissants are excellent (the only complaint is the croissant, which is a bit lacking in filling). In my opinion, the staff is a bit understaffed (considering the number of people who come every morning), so few that they don't have time to clear the tables outside. Furthermore, when I brought my tray inside to make their work easier, I received neither consideration nor a thank you.

The croissants are very good, though a bit lacking in filling. There's a wide selection. Table service is a bit lacking; trays aren't cleared, and tables remain occupied.
