The staff I met this morning were super efficient, kind, and cheerful. After 7 years of going there, it was the most pleasant visit ever 🤩 congratulations!!!

Great pastries—especially bomboloni—though usually fairly busy. Have someone save a table while you wait in line.

Cream and chocolate croissants, both smaller than my fist, finished in three bites. For the price (€2.70 each) and the long line, it's definitely not worth it. The quality is unquestionable, but the overall experience is disappointing. There's no seating, you have to eat standing up. All this puts you off returning. The prices are constantly rising and the portions are visibly smaller, even the croissant filling has significantly diminished. Let's just say they've learned a lesson from large-scale retail trade. I say this with certainty because I've been going to the pastry shop for several years. That said, I think they're really overdoing it, and the quality is no longer enough to compensate for choices that, as a consumer, I dare say, are "smart." Maybe this review is the result of a series of unfortunate experiences I've had there... or maybe not...

Excellent products, but above all, congratulations to the girl with short hair for her kindness and helpful service!

This pastry shop serves excellent breakfasts. They also offer vegan croissants (of good quality!), which, of course, isn't a given. It seemed to me to be a very popular place, which can sometimes translate into long waits at the register.

Excellent chocolate Easter dove (45 euros though, but I don't regret it).

I had a delicious cake, truly excellent, but it was supposed to be eaten three days later and they told me to freeze the layered puff pastry cake... the result was a disaster... a terrible impression on the guests. The flavor was exceptional, but the cake was completely ruined with the pastry crumbling all over... how is this possible?

Maintaining patience and courtesy with all those customers... and tourists, is not a given. The pastry shop is top-notch.
