I'm speechless. As soon as you enter, it's like stepping back into the warm and reassuring pastry shops of the '80s and '90s, the ones you'd enter as a child, perhaps in a stroller, accompanied by your grandmother. That's exactly the kind of atmosphere. What immediately struck me was the impressive quantity of fritters and sweets on display: there were every type, from different cities and regions. Truly shocking in a positive way. Once inside, the lady explained to me in detail every pastry and dessert she prepares for Carnival, proudly telling me that she still makes some recipes just the way her father taught them. She's an almost disarmingly kind person, incredibly friendly. The environment, despite its vintage feel, is impeccably clean: the surfaces gleamed, and this encouraged me to try more types of pastries and cookies. The bakery is welcoming, well-maintained, and sanitized, and as soon as you enter, you're enveloped in a wonderful aroma that makes you want to stay... and inevitably spend a little more (alas 😅). I left with much more than I had planned, so much so that I ended up giving some of the treats as gifts to friends. Truly incredible: with every bite, you can taste the quality of the ingredients; the eggs are delicious, probably chosen with great care by the owner. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Bologna or the surrounding area. An authentic place, one of those that warms the heart ❤️
