The ice cream is undeniably delicious and is, without a doubt, among the best in the city. However, I went there on the evening of Tuesday, May 5, 2026, around 9:30-10:00 PM with my partner, both of us with good intentions, and I had perhaps the worst customer experience ever. The young saleswoman we dealt with was more nasty and unpleasant than I had ever encountered before. I don't usually post reviews, and never negative ones, but the way we were treated was truly shameful. Everyone has a bad day, but there's a minimum standard. The ice cream was delicious, certainly, but I will definitely never go back.

Excellent gelato, but ridiculous portions. I got a cone with two scoops, and the gelato barely escaped the cone. I asked if it was two scoops, and they said yes. It seemed like a poor serving to me.

It's delicious! I recommend the pistachio and stracciatella! First, order in Chaos and give them your receipt so you can choose, but think about what you want first.
