23/09/2025: I stopped at this bar one morning, around 8:45. I went in and said hello, but there was no one at the counter. I called out several times, loudly, with no answer. I saw two people coming in and out of a shop (real estate agency? I don't remember) next door, who noticed me but didn't speak to me. After waiting about five minutes, I decided to go to the bar next door, where I was served within minutes. Upon leaving, I discovered that the people I'd seen earlier were actually the owners of the bar, which left me quite perplexed.

13/07/2025: The pizza is very good, but the girl who answers the phone is so indifferent and rude that she's not even interested in calling. If she has to answer customers like that, she'd better change her job or stay home and twiddle her thumbs, which would make a better impression.

03/09/2025: Two coffees, one with a macchiato. 1.40 and 1.50 (if you order a macchiato, they charge you 10 cents more!) When I ask why, they tell me that the 10-cent surcharge is for the milk, adding cynically, "We pay for the milk, we don't get it for free!" I didn't know whether to laugh or tell them to go to hell. Never again!

08/10/2025: Great bar with delicious pasta dishes! If you don't want to eat in typical tourist bars, this is the place for you. We arrived very early and were the only customers. The service was excellent and the food was very good!

04/05/2025: A real institution in the city. The only place to eat well quickly at all hours, and find a selection of spirits from all over the world, distilled from the post-war period to today.

05/07/2025: It was recommended to me for the ice cream, but I have to say that it is truly excellent, they certainly use quality raw materials as the owner explained to me. And then they have ice cream in wells which may not be spectacular but preserves the ice cream very well.

14/09/2025: Old-fashioned place, just what I like, simple but welcoming. Very kind owner, excellent and plentiful food. The fiordilatte is amazing!!!

24/08/2025: Excellent experience. Nine of us came, ordered three first courses, and then a mix of crescentine and tigelle with: cold cuts; fried polenta; stewed beans; stewed ribs; squacquerone cheese; and lard. Finally, five desserts and a limoncello each, kindly offered. We ate until we burst, pampered by the very kind owners. The food was excellent and truly delicious. All for €22 per person.

07/10/2025: Best lunch in Bologna especially after a week of heavy, traditional meats!! Delicious fresh fish, great wine and polite, knowledge service! Such a memorable meal, thank you!!!!

08/08/2025: A perfect place if you want to escape the typical tourist chaos. Excellent service and rich flavor in every dish. Even though it was a quick lunch stop after the trip, we highly recommend it (if you're just looking for a good/delicious meal and a relaxing time).

20/07/2025: Pizza buonissima. Volevamo trovare un posto fisso settimanale da andarci con i vari gruppi di Persiceto, ma siamo rimasti veramente molto delusi! Personale scocciato per una richiesta lecita. Prezzi altissimi.. una "rossa con verdure" pagata 11.50!! Ma scherziamo??? Chieste spiegazioni e stizziti "i prezzi sono quelli!". Leciti di comportarsi come meglio credono, e di fare i loro prezzi. Ma un cliente va trattato con rispetto, anche perché poi le cose si spargono a macchia d'olio. Infatti purtroppo i gruppi hobbysti nostrani di Persiceto non ci andranno mai alla fine. Dispiace un sacco. Delusione totale.

23/08/2025: We went to this hotel/pizzeria in person to order four pizzas and were told at 7:10 PM on a Saturday night that we needed to call ahead to order four takeout pizzas! What a shame to lose customers over four pizzas.

03/10/2025: Unbelievable risotto with cod poached in milk and pomegranate seeds. And the most tender grilled vegetables. Incredible

22/10/2025: The best canteen in Bologna, the staff is very kind and you can have a peaceful time without too much noise.

12/10/2025: Today, the first Sunday of August, we had lunch at Maranz it was packed with customers. We ordered 1 Spaghetti with Clams, 1 Scialatiello with Seafood, water, wine, a white pizza like bread. Everything was excellent, and to finish off with a flourish lemon and melon sorbet on the house. The location will be closed for HOLIDAYS from Monday, August 4th and will reopen in September, we were informed at the cashier. 🌹Happy 👍Holidays🌹 One Thursday in October, we returned for a nice lunch, few customers, we had a great time 👍😋👍 Thanks to Franco and Mrs. Rosy 👍🌹👍

27/09/2025: We discovered this restaurant while walking and stopped for breakfast. We were surprised by how delicious it was. Huge portions, just the way we liked it, and the espresso was also excellent. Great place, we'd love to go again!

16/09/2025: A very nice and quiet place to have breakfast with a good coffee and something delicious.

24/09/2025: A highly qualified, expert coffee roaster, it's a perfect establishment where you can see the importance of roasting coffee. You can find not only the Italian espresso style, which is enhanced by a heavy roast, but also beans with a light to medium roast or an anaerobic process for more refined tastes. Italy always surprises you with wonderful surprises. 10 stars from me.
