29/11/2025: Good for pizza and fried foods, but not for typical Bolognese cuisine. Tortellini in broth overcooked to the limit, with flavorless broth, tagliatelle with ready-made ragù, decent meat, supermarket-style desserts! Normal price, and friendly service.

23/10/2025: On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, there's a "business lunch" for €12.50 excluding drinks, while on Saturdays and Sundays, there's the "A La Carte" menu. Tuesdays are closed. On Sundays in November, there was polenta with ragù or polenta with pork chops. The female staff has always been friendly. The dishes prepared have always tasted excellent. Huge parking lot nearby, with a mandatory parking disc on the dashboard for a maximum of 90 minutes. Two disabled spaces are available. For over a year, I stopped going to this restaurant after repeatedly experiencing discrimination compared to other customers. I returned in July 2025 and noticed that such disrespectful behavior is continuing. I have nothing against the rules, but if they apply to me, they should apply to all customers, without distinction.

This bar isn't just a place, it's a place that shines thanks to its bartender, Alice: welcoming, kind, and with an energy that immediately captivates. It's hard to explain in words how special this place is... but I assure you, it's impossible not to grow fond of it. The owners truly have a treasure in their hands 💖☕✨

03/12/2025: I'm a bartender who's been working in the industry for years, and at Drink Factory I've finally found the right environment to grow professionally. The courses offered are comprehensive and well-organized, both in terms of the school's facilities and content, thanks to the expertise of Federico and his collaborators Andrea and Davide. The course on teas and their applications in mixology is highly stimulating and innovative, especially the new HOMEMADE course, which allows you to learn in the classroom and test preparation techniques and the various resulting products. The choice of offering both in-person and online training is excellent, allowing us to meet all the needs of our students.

03/12/2025: I just attended the American Bar XL course. I'm a lawyer, and I indulged in this passionate perspective on the subject, balancing flavors and tastes. I was impressed by the high level of knowledge in product science, the thorough knowledge of industry legislation, and the ability to teach the techniques for making homemade syrups—delicious syrups that make drinks tasty, fresh, and uniquely flavorful. The instructors promptly planned a variety of real-world scenarios to allow the students to express their skills by putting the knowledge they had acquired into practice. We mixed cocktails using a variety of techniques, measuring ingredients and choosing the ideal glasses, until, on the final day, we achieved the perfect balance between liquid and ice. Truly an art. Difficult to teach, but not for Drink Factory. If I had a child with this passion, I wouldn't hesitate to enroll them in the course. All the instructors deserve the highest praise for leaving an indelible mark on the open minds of every young person who wants to launch and further their career. 03/10/2025: Plum and prickly pear are the latest flavors I've tried: exquisite and a perfect pairing. The Alessio cup (fruit and ice cream) is an absolutely satisfying lunch/dinner. Extra dark chocolate remains my favorite, and Inferno is pure bliss. I've taken several friends to Federico's...and they've all been enthusiastic and returned again.
