The owner is very friendly and helpful. This is a simple and healthy place for takeout, with some tables available for dining inside. Excellent food, homemade and traditional. Highly recommended!

Recommend by our host and it was amazing! Family owned and run! The Lasagna was the best we have ever had and the Ragu was perfect! The owners are charming and friendly! We will be back during our stay here in Bologna ❤️

The place is small, and the seating isn't exactly comfortable, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The food, however, deserves it, as does the attentive and courteous service. Excellent value for money.

Gino Fabbri - La Caramella

06/05/2026: Adjacent to the Granarolo factory is a modern building housing the Fabbri pastry shop. As soon as you enter, you realize this isn't just a bar. The pralines, brioches, and mini pastries are meticulously crafted, creating a pleasing harmony of colors. The bar is standard, though actually inferior to the rest of the store. Coffee should always be accompanied by a sip of water, and the tables on the splendid outdoor terrace should be equipped with napkins. These small details, though jarring, detract from the excellent quality of the products.
