If you're looking for a great evening with good cocktails, nice people, and excellent company, this is the place for you! They also offer a variety of appetizers and dinner options (the baked potatoes are incredible!), not to be missed!

Ruggine is easily one of the coolest spots in Bologna. Tucked away in a quiet alley, it has a great industrial, 'shabby-chic' atmosphere that feels super authentic.

We went to Ruggine in Bologna and were absolutely thrilled! 🍔✨ We tried two burgers – the Taggiasca Club and the Classic Hamburger – and both were incredibly delicious. The ingredients were super fresh, perfectly balanced, and prepared with great care. The flavor was especially intense and truly high-quality. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also pleasant and relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive. A definite recommendation for all burger lovers – we'll definitely be back! – when we're next in Bologna!

I went to Ruggine in Bologna and had a truly excellent experience. Special thanks to Vito (🫶🏻), who served us impeccably: kind, empathetic, polite, always smiling, and very professional. It's rare to find such attentive and detailed service. The place is welcoming and has a great atmosphere, but it was the service that really made the difference. Congratulations, keep it up! Great guys!

05/06/2026: A stop for lunch on the scenic highway. We were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the friendly service. We'll remember it every time we travel this stretch of highway!
25/05/2026: Definitely recommended if you're in the Bologna area, it's the best option to replace the super-touristy restaurants in the center of Bologna. All the homemade dishes reflect the owner/chef's passion for food. The owner is also friendly and, like in the taverns of old, engages in conversation with customers.

18/05/2026: One of the best meals ive had in Italy. Attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere and wonderful food.
17/05/2026: A restaurant located in the historic center, well-decorated and well-maintained. The service is kind and attentive. The menu features traditional dishes with a slightly reinterpreted twist, which won me over, especially the beautifully cooked and flavorful rabbit—this alone is worth the trip. All the dishes were thoroughly enjoyed by my table (6 people). The prices are fair for what they offer. Recommended
