04/06/2025: A really well-kept place in Bologna, you can drink excellent cocktails and eat well too. The cocktail list is really extensive and they are all really well thought out. If you ask the staff for advice because you are undecided, they are very kind and ready to help you according to your tastes. The food is no less, really excellent and I really appreciated the vegetarian options which are really SO good. I think the Pink is punk sandwich has become my drug. You definitely have to go back to try other options and to spend a nice evening with friends, in a young and pleasant environment.

15/06/2025: La Gigina is a must in Bologna. It is located near the Arcoveggio motorway exit. Parking is available in the surrounding streets. Despite the name "trattoria" the place is chic. The staff is kind and helpful. You can eat some typical Bolognese dishes, including tagliatelle with ragù (absolutely worth trying). The food is good and the prices are like those of a restaurant, but they are worth what you eat. It is better to book.

Only flaw, we went twice and waited a long time from ordering to the arrival of the dish, the first time 40 minutes and the second well over an hour! There were two of us… It is not acceptable for two crescentine, two tigelle and a tray of cold cuts and cheeses…

15/06/2025: I understand the discomfort of having to wake up early to prepare everything but I think that courtesy towards the customer, who is also kind, is the minimum! Good brioche even if not enjoyed because of the rude response "you have time to waste". I will never go back for breakfast after 9 hours of night work. Ps I really wanted to waste time!

20/06/2025: I love this bubble tea. It's become a second home to me. Whenever I have to study for an exam, their matcha latte bubble tea cheers me up and gives me the energy to study for five hours without feeling like I'm struggling. They have card games and I have fond memories of me and my friends playing there. Bologna is a deeply dispersive city for me, coming from a small town. As a student away from home who found himself really starting his adult life here, with the first time away from home alone, it was difficult. ING is like a calm and safe refuge for me. They have air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. They make substitutions for us vegans, with three plant-based milks to choose from: soy, oat, coconut. I have to say, they used to be free. Now they cost 0.60 cents, which in my opinion is the only negative. You can change so many things about your bubble tea and they UNLIKE MOST BUBBLE TEA they actually listen to you. Do you want it bigger? Less sugar? More sugar? Want to add/remove something? Done! I love this. I am a huge bubble tea lover in general, my passion has now lasted more than 4 years. I can say that they really know how to make them here, nothing shoddy or commercial. They also use real fruit :) The tables are decorated with notes from people who have been here and had a great time and the place is Capybara themed. Special place, nothing to say :)

08/06/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night: I never imagined I could eat fish so well in Bologna! Very fresh fish, divinely cooked, without condiments that could alter or mitigate the authenticity of the product; simple but reworked proposals without compromising on taste, I found the right mix between tradition and innovation. Informal but professional environment. Kindness and friendliness of the waiting staff and the owners. What can I say...as soon as I'm in the area I will definitely go back!

07/06/2025: Generally speaking the food is good and well served. Negative notes the raw bread but the sore point was the price paid for the turbot nothing to laugh about the goodness and freshness but to charge the same at 70 euros per kilo I found it very exaggerated when you made the plate that it did not arrive more than 3/4 hundred grams, this is because it is written that it was sold at 7 euros per 100 grams without specifying that it was raw. Also the cover charge of 3 € per person is excessive. For the rest I would say that the dinner was good but paying 60 euros per person I found exaggerated. In any case it is worth a visit.

03/05/2025: Very good, light, slightly greasy cuisine, no lard (incredible in the Bolognese area, where we will end up). Classic dishes without exaggeration, but in a world of tortellini in broth it is a breath of life and novelty. There can be life here too, thanks to non-EU citizens.

19/06/2025: The place is very beautiful, with a beautiful view of the Apennines at sunset. Alone I took 1 platter of cold cuts, 1 giardiniera, 1 basket of fried gnocco, 1 glass of red (I didn't drink it, because it was a little too oxidized), then I asked for 1/4 of the house wine, 1 water. Generous portions. I spent 40 euros, that's fair, considering that I took the wine twice to replace it, I would have spent 35 euros. It would have been appreciated if they had asked me if there was something wrong with the wine. The fried gnocco was very dark, even though there were only 6 other diners when I arrived, a sign that the oil was not at its first cooking. The flaws in the wine and oil seem to me to be basic precautions that, for a restaurant with those prices, should be guaranteed.
