09/12/2024: Optimal! High quality service and food!

09/12/2024: Pasta is exceptional , wine choice is extensive. The fiortina steak (t-bone) was just ok mainly due to average quality which meant it lacked flavour and had a lot of fat on the both edges of the sirloin and filet side , also could have been rested longer to allow for better distribution of flavour. However for the price this was very good value and only steak experts might opine like I do.

23/07/2024: I found this restaurant in search of an ethiopian dish close to remini to fullfill my cravings of missing my home food for a year, and it was a home away from home, autentic ethiopian cusine with amazing flavors, and the service and hospitality from the woman who greeted us named Eskedar was pure ethiopain hospitality at its best , love it, recomend it, and definitely coming back.

17/08/2024: I was very surprised to find cocktails based on mezcal and tequila in Bologna! And they are DELICIOUS! ♥️ for a Mexican expatriate in Europe they made me travel to Mexico ♥️ the cocktails are delicious! I recommend 100% miraculous green and green chili hot peppers… if they are more classic, order a paloma! The tacos are delicious and the guacamole goes without saying! But the star of the night are the cocktails! Congratulations to the team!

03/12/2024: highly recommended place. Very good homemade food, I went on the recommendation of the walking free tour guide who spoke very well to me about the place. Said and done, the place is small and at the beginning the waitress or owner (I'm not sure) told me that it was full and that it wasn't... but just the table in front was free, and she had no choice but to assign it to me... but despite From the bad start, the food was great, the food fast, and exquisite. a tremendous spicy pasta, and a spectacular beef. in addition to the zuppa inglese that was delicious. The truth is that there were no complaints, because in the end the same person who did not give me a table at the beginning was extremely friendly and close throughout the service! everything great. 100% recommended 5/5. 23/11/2024: Small but very characteristic place, the tavern of the past. Bolognese cuisine, excellent tortellini in broth, good Bolognese cutlet, too cold the trifle.

06/12/2024: The place is wonderful, it also offers many types of chocolates, you can see the laboratory and it is very suggestive. There are numerous flavors to choose from, including fruit ones. I took a medium cone with 3 flavors (€3.50) with pistachio, speculoos and whipped cream. Delicious, very creamy. Super recommended.

04/12/2024: On a recent visit to Bologna I had gelato at several gelaterie including Santo Stefano, and this is the one that definitely stood out from the lot. Excellent variety and depth of flavors. One of the major issues with many gelaterie nowadays is that they are no longer distinguishable; they all taste the same and are overly sweet. Not Santo Stefano. The 70% dark chocolate is rich, strong and amazing; the nocciola tastes of freshly roasted hazelnuts and the sweet pistachio, creamy and delicious. Congratulations to Santo Stefano for being true to gelato!

01/12/2024: Excellent pre-Christmas Sunday lunch. The pizza is wonderful, the tastes and flavors are unique. Friendly staff. Then a trip to the laboratory for panettone. Everything is fantastic. Thank you

30/11/2024: I'll leave the review even before eating the pizza. Courtesy of the staff, very welcoming environment and music that I like (but objectively timeless songs), and the pizza made me want to leave reviews just by looking at it. VERY GOOD (Said by a Neapolitan pizza lover)

09/12/2024: We go there every year in December. Atmosphere, kindness, professionalism, relaxation. A superb spa, comfortable room, very pleasant stay.

08/12/2024: Beautiful experience, excellent cleanliness, courtesy and food but unfortunately I find it not very accessible with the prices and an average person can stay for a few days. However, the SPA with beauty center is a gem, the gym, the herbal teas and everything is very relaxing. I will definitely go back because the price is expensive, but relaxation and pampering are priceless.

12/12/2024: Sono stato diverse volte alla casa della zampanella, ma da quando ha cambiato gestione è al nostro primo posto quando hai voglia di zampanelle. Tanti gusti sfiziosi e le classiche pesto crudo/cotto top... Ma nonostante le zampanelle siano le migliori per noi ( ci andiamo sempre in famiglia) la differenza la fanno i gestori. Ragazzi giovani, con voglia di fare e super gentili. Servizio sempre impeccabile. Occorre prenotare per tempo perché sono sempre murati... Top, continuate così...

24/11/2024: The only flaw is the place, in the sense that they are a bit narrow, we would like a larger room. For the rest 5 stars more than deserved. The zampanelle are excellent, the service too. All young and smart guys.🔟

14/12/2024: Menu tipico locale, offerta ampia, preoarazioni di qualità e cotture, si può dire eccellente nel suo genere personale cordiale. Non bisogna spaventarsi se si vede affollato, perchè è molto frequentato, il servizio è ottimo e curato. Prezzi convenienti.

11/12/2024: Probabilmente viste le ottime recensioni credo di aver scelto il primo sbagliato…I tortellini erano grandi con sfoglia davvero troppo spessa , il brodo buono come pure l’antipasto. Anche gli altri commensali non entusiasti. Prezzi però ottimi e personale molto gentile
