08/10/2025: I was in Bologna for my wife's health problems and before an operation we went to Nuova Fraschetta to eat and I can say that in addition to the kindness of the staff, the food was excellent and the pasta was fresh and homemade. I recommend it.

Everything about our night was perfect, and we really appreciate your warm friendly hospitality, great recommendations, fresh pasta, seafood, deserts, beautiful food, and drinks. 30/08/2025: Lunch on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded. Very kind and friendly staff served excellently cooked, quality food. We ordered: 2 tagliatelle with wild boar, 1 generous Tuscan appetizer, 1 generous mixed rosticciata, fried rabbit + various side dishes, wine, water, homemade crescenta, 1 house dessert, coffee = approximately €95. We'll be back, even though it's a bit out of the way, but close enough to the Boccadirio Sanctuary.

18/08/2025: A historic restaurant in the center of Bologna. I went there fearing it had become a tourist-only place, but the tradition lives on! A varied selection of boiled meats, homemade pasta, and even the tortellini. The restaurant has both an indoor dining room and tables under the portico (a bit close together, but space is limited and there's a lot of customers). Reservations are required. Quick and friendly service. Prices are reasonable.

04/10/2025: All the teas I've tried are excellent, and most of the pastries are good quality. I LOVE their honey and dried fruit desserts, as well as their date ma'amul. The tables are often full, but if you stop by, make sure you also have a Turkish coffee; it's worth it.

13/09/2025: We went to Villa Smeraldi mainly attracted by the idea of ​​visiting the Museum 🏛 of Rural Civilization. After lunch at the excellent 👌 restaurant 🍽 located on the estate, we began our tour of both the park 🌳 itself (English-style 🇬🇧, very beautiful) and, above all, the museum. The latter, divided into various sections and partly set up outdoors (with a whole series of splendid vintage agricultural machinery 🚜), offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Bolognese peasantry of the past. The villa is fully integrated into a profoundly rural context that includes the manor house and other structures such as the farmer's house 🏠, the icehouse ❄, the pigsty 🐷, and the greengrocer's house 🧑🏻‍🌾. It certainly won't be the only museum of rural civilization in our country, but the richness and state of preservation of the collected material, the accuracy of the object descriptions, and the overall atmosphere of the place make it a site of absolute interest. It's also worth noting that the Anima Social Cooperative (which also manages the aforementioned restaurant) cleans and maintains the green areas, promoting job placement programs for young people with disabilities. The museum's opening hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm; Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm; Saturday: Open by reservation 📞 for groups. 12/10/2025: My family and I spent three days in this place immersed in wonderful nature, pampered by the owners who delighted us with a wonderful breakfast and excellent tortelli for dinner..... comfortable and clean apartment..... highly recommended

03/10/2025: A warm welcome awaits you, a secluded property surrounded by greenery, where you can relax in absolute silence. A large, simply furnished room with a shared bathroom, but always clean. Breakfast is served in your room and is excellent, varied, and plentiful. The owners are extremely kind and friendly, two young people who have made a healthy lifestyle choice. We wish them all the best, and we're certain that if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we'll definitely visit again.

Each time, the food is excellent and the dishes are meticulously prepared, and the kindness of the new owners makes the experience even more special. 10/09/2025: At the recommendation of a friend of mine, we came here with him and some other friends to try their dishes and also listen to the musicians playing there, as we did every night, if I'm not mistaken. The place is spacious, right in the city center. The service could be improved, as I found it slow at times, though the waitresses were always friendly and helpful. The music was very nice, but I have to admit that I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the dishes. We ordered: - balanzoni with mushrooms, which I didn't like, both because the mortadella mousse was barely noticeable and because the overall flavor, in my opinion, wasn't very great due to the pairing with the mushrooms. - passatelli with parmesan cream and prosciutto, not bad, although the parmesan cream was a bit bland. - eggplant tart with tomato sauce, not bad but nothing special. - Cotoletta alla Bolognese rejected because it was too salty for both the ham and the cheese. The thing that strikes me most is that with two first courses, a second course, an appetizer, and water, we spent almost €45 each... which was absolutely excessive, both for the quality of the dishes and because we didn't get anything that "expensive" on the market... I have to say the music was okay, but the food wasn't.

05/04/2025: Su consiglio di una conoscente siamo stati a cena in questo ristorantino nella galleria di Imola. Il posto è molto semplice e alla buona, ma non fatevi ingannare perché spesso l'apparenza inganna... Il menu ha uno stile retrò con i piatti classici della tradizione ma contrariamente a tutti quelli che fanno robe "rivisitate" qui non sentirete parlare di "piatti 2.0" qui la tradizione è di casa. Abbiamo mangiato un classico antipasto di bruschette e un insalata di radicchio, pere e crudo scottato, di primo delle ottime tagliatelle con bottarga e carciofi (FRESCHI) e tagliatelle con crudo e scalogno accompagnati da un buon Trebbiano e per chiudere un ottimo creme caramel (non aveva una bollicina, chi se ne intende mi ha capito) e un semifreddo al mascarpone. Che dire ho fatto i miei complimenti al proprietario. Sicuramente tornerò, e se volete un consiglio andateci anche voi.
