Excellent food, good prices for the elegance of the environment. 2 first courses, a slice of beef and a portion of chips + water 50 euros. Fast service and very friendly waiters. We had some very good tortellini, they seemed handmade and the tagliatelle with ragu was the same thing too. The sliced ​​beef was tender and cooked rare as we asked. Everything was impeccable, we will be back.

13/11/2024: Gianni is amazing he is the only one who can deliver pizza in Bologna after 12 o clock ! Also he is the one who tried to communicate in English and not in Italy! Every time I come to Bologna I will order from you Gianni! Pizza is tasty and decent for its money!

28/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena con un gruppo di amici. Cibo di ottima qualità, i ravioli al timo squisiti. Ma una nota di merito va al proprietario. Purtroppo, date le piogge insistenti della serata, la strada è stata interrotta da diverse smottamenti. E così il proprietario si è adoperato per ospitarci in un ampia sala riscaldata: coperte, cuscini e materassini. Al mattino ci siamo svegliati con torte, succo, the e caffè. Che dire… ospitalità per nulla scontata. Al mattino gli operai ci hanno aperto un varco e siamo tornati a casa, salvi e asciutti. Grazie di ❤️

24/10/2024: Sabato 19 ottobre ho cenato insieme ai miei amici in questo splendido ristorante immerso nel verde delle colline di San Lorenzo. Il locale è incantevole, circondato dalla natura, e l'atmosfera è perfetta per una serata rilassante. Il cibo? Semplicemente squisito, con piatti curati e di altissima qualità. Noi abbiamo scelto un bis di primi: RAVIOLI AL TIMO (spaziali) RAVIOLI AL TARTUFO GRIGLIATA DI CARNE Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero unico sono i titolari: persone gentilissime, disponibili e di una straordinaria umanità. La serata infatti, ha preso una piega inaspettata. Proprio mentre eravamo al ristorante, Bologna e provincia sono state colpite da una violenta alluvione. Una collina vicina è franata, bloccando l'accesso alla strada e lasciando noi, un gruppo di 13 persone, insieme ad altri clienti, impossibilitati a tornare a casa. Una situazione che avrebbe potuto trasformarsi in un incubo, ma che invece, grazie alla generosità del proprietario e del suo staff, è diventata un ricordo positivo. Non solo ci hanno fornito coperte, cuscini e materassini per la notte, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare al piano superiore, dove il pavimento riscaldato ci ha permesso di riposare in totale comfort. La mattina successiva, ci aspettava una sorpresa: un tavolo imbandito di dolci e torte per una colazione da re, tutto offerto come parte della cena! Nonostante le difficoltà, ci sentiamo fortunati ad aver vissuto questa esperienza in un luogo così accogliente, dove l'ospitalità ha superato ogni aspettativa. Ringraziamo di cuore il proprietario e tutto il suo staff per la loro incredibile gentilezza e premura. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi ottimo cibo, una location da sogno e, perché no, un pernottamento memorabile! ;)

05/12/2024: Just to find such a restaurant, a small one and in hidden area, you enter then order to got a really great great restaurant, it's a gorgeous experience, we tried the whole menu and I gave him 5 star, I recommend it for those who will visit Bologna.

17/10/2024: I recently traveled to Chef Stefano's mountain retreat with my sister who is a chef, and her friend who was also interested in learning the rustic dishes of Tuscany. I am the first to admit that I am not a cook but I certainly love to eat and I have to say that the food my sister and her friend prepared under the direction of Chef Stefano was so very very delicious and filling. They cooked poultry, beef, veal, pork, fish, lamb and various pasta dishes. All were amazing. My favorite was the white lasagna. Those noodles were so thin my sister and her friend found muscles they didn't know they had! I was in charge of washing pots, pans and dishes and chief cheese grater! I am not going to speak of the cooking part of the trip but of the travels through Tuscany that Stefano took us on each day. The vistas were beautiful. His knowledge of history of the regions, art, culture and much more was incredible. From the time we left the monastery lodging in Balze each morning to our breakfast coffee in the medieval villages, sightseeing, going to museums and churches with breathtaking statues, paintings and frescos it was a feast for our eyes. Lunch was also incredible. We feasted on pizza, pasta, and I even got a great cheeseburger in Arezzo! I think the best lunch was the fried calamari off of a food truck. We just walked around the town with our bag of freshly fried calamari enjoying the sights and sounds of the village and markets. Each day was a different medieval village where the markets provided the basic ingredients for our evening supper. Stefano was so easy going. I wanted to go to mass on Sunday and he dropped me off at the village church which was in town. The local people were very friendly. After church I walked back to the monastery which gave me a chance to enjoy the beautiful countryside. I took a picture of a mountain stream that was the beginning of the Tiber River that flows through Rome. I can't think of one thing that I would have changed. From the time he picked us up in Florence to the time he dropped us off for our train back to Rome EVERYTHING was taken care of by him. It truly was all inclusive. I am most grateful that he took us to LaVerna which is a Sanctuary of St. Francis of Assisi and a place that many locals and visitors alike make a pilgrimage. I will let my sister and her friend post pictures of their cooking delights. I just wanted to address the fact that if you don't want to cook, or like me, just have high anxiety when cooking (could be the fact that my grandfather, whose family was from Lombardy, was a great cook, as well as my mother and my sister and brother), you can have a memorable experience just seeing Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia-Romagna. Would I go back? Absolutely, plus I can't wait to tell EVERYONE how great the trip was. Thank you Stefano.

02/10/2024: My wife and I were lucky enough to spend 4 night touring Florence with Stefano followed by 6 nights cooking and touring with him at his mountain home base. We had so much fun during the entire time with him. We highly recommend him both as a guide and as a cooking instructor. We would definitely do it again!

05/02/2025: Nice Chinese restaurant with well cooked dishes. The service is fast. The waitress is kind. Among the dishes that I liked most were the first courses such as soya and rice spaghetti seasoned with vegetables and fish, Cantonese rice enriched with prawns, grilled meat ravioli. There is also a wide choice of main courses with typical Chinese meat, vegetables or fish. The fried ice cream is good. The biscuits with little gifts that they offer at the end of the meal are nice.
