I've always considered it the best Japanese restaurant ever; the lunches and dinners have always been a guarantee. It's a shame about last week's bitter disappointment: in both the temaki and the tartare, the salmon was no longer sliced very thin, making everything a wonderful puree. Instead, like all the other restaurants, it was cut into small pieces (like diced sashimi). I hope it was just the day, perhaps a change in staff for the summer, because it was truly a unique feature that made you special and set you apart from the rest.

My friend Matteo recommended this restaurant to me, and he says he's now at home. As a true Bolognese, I have to say that the level of service and food is truly high! The experience at this restaurant is always magnificent, excellent dishes, impeccable service, cleanliness and hygiene at the highest level and the kindness and professionalism of the staff deserves top marks. I often go out to Imola for work but I never stop returning to Ayaki without ever changing. Congratulations, you are number one! And I am talking about both lunch and evening hours. I add that this is said by someone who goes there at least 3/4 times a week! Thank you so much!

An all-you-can-eat restaurant in the center of Imola, with convenient parking nearby. The location is elegant, with soft lighting and a large fountain in the center of the room. We particularly enjoyed the grilled ravioli, the soy spaghetti with vegetables, and the nigiri.
On the other hand, the uramaki were covered in sweetish sauces, with a truly negligible amount of fish. Furthermore, they all tasted the same, making the experience rather monotonous.

Excellent restaurant, in a beautiful location in the center of Imola. The interior is modern and charming, with a decorated pool and fish. The food is excellent, especially the Bao alla Crema, which is a good compromise between dessert and the all-you-can-eat menu. The staff is friendly and fast. Highly recommended!
