Really great sandwiches. Everything on the menu could be made gluten free, the gluten free bread was some of the fluffiest I have ever had and the fillings were delicious. A must if you are a coeliac visiting Bologna.

Amazing gluten free bread, absolutely delicious. We went around lunchtime so it was very busy. The service was fine considering how busy it was but i hope it's better during quiet hours. There wasn't a very relaxing enjoyable atmosphere, but the food makes up for it and i would go again!

Friendly staff, and the most delicious and generous serving of panini sandwich we've tasted in recent memory. You can pick from a large menu selection or create your own. The both of us created our own with chicken, zucchini, rocket, mozzarella, pistachio cream sauce - absolutely loved it!

We loved the paninis—including the gluten free bread and dairy free/vegan cheese options—so much that we went back again during our trip. Service was wonderful in helping to create our own sandwiches. The Hugo spritz was delicious, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating atmosphere.
