With a decidedly affable, genuine, and friendly service, the sandwiches, focaccias, and cured meats are offered with flavorful combinations without distorting tradition. A sublime place for celiacs, everything offered with gluten is also available without.

I tried the Sblisga vegan panini and it was fantastic! A good size and delicious. I would definitely order it again. The service was excellent, too.

The piadinas are excellent and really filling; they're not cheap, but they're worth it and are quite large. The service is friendly and fast. Recommended.

We ordered takeout and the experience was great. They offer gluten-free options, which was a huge plus and gave us peace of mind.
It's not cheap, but the portions are generous and the quality more than makes up for it. Plus, the service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming.
A highly recommended option in Bologna if you're looking for gluten-free food without sacrificing flavor.

Pan8's sandwich is fantastic! It's my go-to place when I'm in Bologna. Being celiac, I've always tried the gluten-free sandwich. The selection is varied and the sandwich is always plentiful!

Unfortunately, I can't say much about it.
They stopped offering food about 45 minutes before closing time, which was a real shame since I went there specifically for that.

We had a platter for lunch. The food was excellent, as was the friendly staff. There are no tables inside, but outdoor heating lamps near each table help mitigate the January chill. The sandwiches looked delicious; we'll be back to try them!

Fantastic place. Super friendly staff, the food arrived very quickly, and the atmosphere is great. Seating is only available outside; we were there in January and it was very comfortable with blankets, etc. They have some really cool panini variations and lots of vegan options. If you want, you can even create your own panini from scratch.
