My wife and I spent four days in Ferrara, enjoying lunch and dinner at various restaurants with the highest reviews. The only one that truly satisfied us was this trattoria: the kindness, friendliness, and food. If we ever find ourselves in Ferrara again, we won't look anywhere else!

A truly excellent experience from start to finish 🥰🥰 We ate wonderfully: from appetizer to dessert, every dish was carefully crafted, tasty, and prepared with quality ingredients. Special thanks to the waitress, who was extremely kind and always available, and to the young man who served us, who was very knowledgeable and skilled at explaining the dishes and recommending the various courses. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, with a well-organized room that immediately makes you feel at ease. Even the background music was perfect, at just the right volume, creating a relaxing atmosphere without being intrusive. What can I say? A place where you eat well and feel welcomed with professionalism and friendliness.

Last night we went to dinner. It was a lovely place, just steps from the city center. The service was perfect and the food was excellent! Definitely worth a visit!

Best restaurant experience of my whole trip to the area. From high quality uncomplicated yet tasteful and elegant dishes, to kind service from the host, and a calm and warm vibe - I loved it.

A small but cozy trattoria, with a very friendly owner. We ordered ribollita, stewed sausage with beans, and sliced ​​meat with baked potatoes. Everything was delicious. We left feeling satisfied. Rarely in recent years have I been able to say I've eaten well at a restaurant. Highly recommended.

There are so many great little restaurants in Italy, and this is another one of them. All our dishes were very good however the wild boar sauce was our favorite. Fast, friendly service and prices are reasonable. Serving sizes were just right for us and I was also happy to see non throwaway water bottles.

Excellent trattoria in the heart of Ferrara! Truly generous portions and excellent quality. I finally got to taste real wild boar. The service was attentive and friendly. The artisanal digestifs were also excellent. I recommend booking because they don't have much seating.

We went to this restaurant for the second time after 7 years. Well... what can I say... a welcoming place, rich to the eye, the window, for example, is a mosaic of wine bottles, the same ones you can choose from the menu, upon entering, the entrance is a bit narrow, but I like it! We obviously ordered the Signora Fiorentina, (don't ask for lemon because they don't even have it in the kitchen, the chef boss took the liberty of saying no! To us poor losers who like lemon on their Florentine! He said no! But I like it! Then we also ordered tripe and some side dishes, artichokes, beans, potatoes... all good, eh, really... even the Chianti went down well without making way for it..!! Then, we got to the desserts, including the slice of cake... I took a small piece to taste... it wasn't good, more than that!! But, there was a problem (I'm not here to point it out, I'll leave it out (deliberately, better) so it was just one taste... but I like it! Overall, it was an excellent Sunday lunch. Will we be back? .. And why not!

We decided to try this place out of curiosity, driven by the excellent reviews and photos of the incredibly inviting dishes, and we were truly thrilled! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease right away; we had a wonderful evening. The staff was incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive without being intrusive. The food? Truly excellent. We started with a Tuscan appetizer to share, rich and flavorful, followed by two well-made first courses (ravioli and pici), and finally a rosemary tagliata, cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. Generous portions and a more than reasonable wait. We were also very satisfied with the bill: absolutely in line with the quality and experience. We'll definitely be back!
