I've decided to write two reviews that focus exclusively on the food: one objective, 5 stars for the quality of the dishes, and the other subjective, 4 stars for a matter of personal taste. I would have liked to taste the chestnut flavor in the chestnut flour tagliatelle, and perhaps find some chestnuts themselves, and in the chocolate dessert, I expected a more intense, bold mint flavor. A very nice location and very kind staff.

A beautiful place located just above Galeata, it exudes a rejuvenating, timeless atmosphere. The building has been completely renovated with taste. The room we booked, the "water room," was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh produce. Special mention goes to the owner, Roberto, whom we met. He's a pleasant and knowledgeable person, and he even showed us around the vegetable garden behind the adjoining osteria. He and his partner, Alessandra, had a dream and made it come true. We'll definitely be back.

I bought a takeaway menu for New Year's Eve, it was a pleasant surprise, the chef has a really good hand, on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Family lunch, excellent ingredients, menus for all tastes, local and seasonal products, attentive service. The only downside is that the large ground-floor dining room is very noisy, making it difficult to converse with other diners.

I went for lunch for a family occasion. We tried several dishes. The appetizers were excellent, as were the first and second courses. The quality of the ingredients was good, as were the wine selection and desserts. The liqueur selection was also interesting.
A 10+ goes to the menu presentation and the service/table management.
Considering that we ate truffles and porcini mushrooms, the price was reasonable for the products we ate.

We had lunch at the osteria. The food was truly high-quality, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The host had a great sense of humor. The place is basic but perfect for a pleasant meal with friends.

A delightful place. The room was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing. Not to mention the restaurant and breakfast. Sublime. Dinner featured truffles and porcini mushrooms... everything was truly delicious. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied (sweet and savory), and delicious. Compliments to all the staff, kind, thoughtful, and professional. Thank you again for everything. I will definitely be back.
