I spent a wonderful evening at Trattoria Squeri and left completely satisfied. From the moment you arrive, you sense a welcoming and family atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease. The staff is kind, helpful, and attentive, helping make the dinner even more enjoyable. We began with an excellent glass of wine, well-recommended and perfect for pairing with the traditional dishes. The torta fritta was delicious, served hot and fragrant, accompanied by quality cured meats that perfectly express the typical flavors of the Parma region. Among the first courses, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms deserves a special mention: well-made pasta, perfectly cooked, and a rich and fragrant sauce that enhances the flavor of the porcini mushrooms without overpowering their delicacy. For the second course, I chose the horse steak tagliata, which was truly excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, served with great care. I also greatly appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the generous portions, and the attention to detail with which the dishes were prepared. The desire to keep local gastronomic traditions alive without sacrificing quality and attentive service is evident. An authentic trattoria, where you can eat well, drink well, and spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. A must-visit for lovers of Parmesan cuisine and for those who want to share a dinner with friends and enjoy good food. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation. We went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening....even though all the tables were occupied, the service was fast, and the waitress who served us was very kind. The food was good and the price was reasonable.

A full 5 stars! It perfectly lives up to the concept of a trattoria. Super friendly service and delicious food. The trio of tortelli, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, antipasti, and horsemeat tagliata were all exceptional. SHAREABLE EPISODE: By pure chance, the chef was serving asparagus risotto at the next table, which was so inviting it caught my attention. Without asking, he served us a portion of risotto for three people, OFFERED, among the antipasti and the primi. Excellent value. The addition of truffle on the tagliatelle was also free.

PERFECT value for money. Traditional menu and location, ideal for those seeking the authenticity of the Parma hills. The dishes are all delicious and tasty. Quality ingredients, starting with the cured meats for the appetizers, moving on to the tortelli fillings, sauces, and meats. Fast, friendly, welcoming, and warm service. A management note I really appreciate: DOGS STAY AT HOME. The restaurant doesn't allow dogs, it's clearly stated, and the decision is absolutely correct—it doesn't even need explaining.
