I'll start by saying that since it opened, I've tried several flavors, all excellent. However, when we come in, after a quick look at the selection, we always choose the zabaglione. Superlative. You can taste and feel all the ingredients. Delicious. If you like zabaglione, of course. The granitas are also very good, and the owners are very nice. 👏

I've become friends with the owners; I come here often for delicious gelato. I prefer the classic flavors, but some are unique and truly excellent. Be careful with the whipped cream; it's so good, addictive, and made with milk from our hills. If you can't find it, ask. They'll whip it up for you right away. Highly recommended.
