He doesn't stop at presentation alone, but his dishes always manage to achieve an unexpected depth of flavor, with never-trivial pairings. The restaurant is very elegant and discreet, where you can fully immerse yourself in this experience. I believe this is a local heritage worth safeguarding through passion, expertise, and humility. 14/10/2025: My husband and I stumbled upon this little kiosk by chance. I must say, I was very satisfied. The squid ink piadina is a bold and winning choice. The dough, in addition to giving it a striking and delicious color, is delicious. The "delicious" marinated anchovies are clearly the star, offering an intense flavor. Definitely worth trying again!

11/09/2025: This restaurant is incredibly cozy, and I’m truly grateful that we stumbled upon it. The staff are amazing – welcoming, friendly, and attentive – and the service is top-notch. The food was perfect, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Without a doubt, it was the best meal we had on our trip to Italy!

01/09/2025: What a wonderful little place, near a park, shady, and incredibly friendly staff. The menu is traditional, but with some highly recommended treats, like the savory parmesan crème brûlée with superb caramelized onion. Tagliatelle al Ragù is also available, of course.

11/09/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained restaurant in the center of Ferrara. The food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert, everything is impeccable. It offers a wide variety of dishes, many of which can be made gluten-free. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about gluten-free options and cross-contamination. Celiac disease is not a problem, as you can enjoy a delicious meal here, completely safely! Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: A pleasant surprise. Good pizzas, good, cold draft beer. Reasonable prices, and friendly staff. The only downside is that the pizza is a bit small and not very filling, but adding one of their appetizers or desserts makes up for it.

12/10/2025: I've eaten here before, but unfortunately, this time the service was terrible. We sat down for lunch on a Sunday at around 1:15 PM (we had a reservation for 1 PM) at a table of 10. We ordered for 1:30 PM. Before we ordered, the owner said, "You can have whatever you want, the kitchen has no problem, as long as you order before these two tables." So we started placing our order. Order: 5 mixed crostini, 3 different first courses (tagliatelle with ragu, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and cappellacci with butter and sage), 3 different second courses (veal with tuna sauce, tagliata, roast rabbit), water, and wine. The appetizers arrived quickly, but the problem arose with the first courses. The first courses were served at 2:40 PM, though not all at the same time. So far, we hadn't even asked the waitress anything. When we picked up our plates, we asked how long we'd have to wait, and she said "a little." After speaking several times with the waitress and the owner, the main courses arrived at 3:48 PM, at different times, half-thrown arrogantly onto the table, with the wrong cut of steak cooked. The waitress's irritated response was, "You all ordered different things." Meanwhile, at the tables that arrived after us, so we hurried to order, lunch continued. No one apologized or showed up to say the kitchen was having trouble or to suggest changing our order. The food was good, typical Romagna, but the service this time was terrible.

I went there ten years ago, when Tenji was just a roller shutter, and I remember that feeling of discovery perfectly: sushi paraded before my eyes, made with care and true passion. Today I return and find a place ten times larger, but with the exact same philosophy as then: do it well, stay true to quality, and never lose sight of its roots despite growth. Tenji Parma is living proof that consistency pays off over time. From its minimalist origins to today's restaurant, the leap is enormous, but the spirit is the same: ultra-fresh fish, meticulously prepared dishes, a balance between Japanese tradition and modern creativity. Every detail—from the presentation to the temperature of the rice—is thoughtfully thought out, and you can tell there's a team behind it who knows what they're doing. The interiors are elegant, the service quick and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. It's rare to find an all-you-can-eat restaurant that never loses quality even when it's full, and here they manage it effortlessly. In a world where so many clubs are improvised, Tenji remains a sure thing. From a room with a roller to a true reference point for Parma. And honestly, I'm happy to say: I was already going there back then. 👏🍣

21/09/2025: A top-notch ice cream shop and café on the Comacchio coast. The real highlight? The "Majani Fiat Chocolate" flavor! It's addictive!! Even their breakfasts are a cut above the rest. 😉
