17/11/2024: Osteria on the hill that amazes me every time, the entire menu is gluten-free because only naturally gluten-free flours are used. Much attention is paid to the quality and valorisation of the territory, the fried tortelli and the gross sfoja deserve a special mention, not to mention the tiramisu!

10/12/2024: Posto consigliato da colleghi. La locanda evoca locali di altri tempi, frugale ma con stile. Propongono menu degustazione da 6 o 9 portate, abbiamo optato per le 9 portate con tanta soddisfazione. Piatti ricercati e molto buoni… fantastico il tacos emiliano e l’agnello. Piccolo punto di attenzione : poca scelta per i bambini. Gran pranzo in un posto che sapeva di casa

12/11/2024: Very nice place, the dishes are refined, they are not the classic recipes but here they try to raise the bar and while they succeeded with the appetizers and the first courses perhaps it doesn't happen with the second courses, the diaphragm for example was seasoned with too much sauce intrusive. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to try something else.

26/08/2024: Ordered a steak. Very good flavor, nice presentation, but it was a bit tough and chewy. Ordered the house wine, very nice. Great price and out of the way place to eat. Overall very good except the steak.

23/08/2024: The most delicious Balanzoni in salsa verde al parmigiano! I would highly recommend trying this place out! Also got the Lasagne bolognesi which was amazing! I wish I got the name of the person who served me, she was very sweet and let me practice my Italian! I am grateful that I got to eat here 😊

21/11/2024: Leggo recensioni che decantano la cotoletta alla bolognese......, ma è un altro piatto, per quanto riguarda, in particolare gli ingredienti, su tutti una litrata di panna da cucina, cosa che, per altro dsi trova nella maggior parte dei piatti (inspiegabilmente ed inutilmente). Per il resto, abbondantemente "sotto la media" di uno standard qualitativo accettabile.

16/10/2024: Quando mi trovo in questa città anche sé un locale con solo apertura serale una puntatina cerco di farla sempre , la struttura sempre la stessa , cucina molto buona con porzioni large , servizio senza lode e senza infamia , prezzi standard

22/08/2024: My daughter and I recently went to Tabarro for drinks and also enjoyed a meat and cheese tray. If you’ve ever been to Parma, then you know the Parmensi are incredibly proud (as well they should be) of the products that come from their world-famous region. Our server was no exception as he described the individual items on our tray and explained to us how they got their Parmesan cheese, goat cheese, sausage, and ham from local farmers. He took just as much pride in explaining Italian wines too. I went on to see him kiss an old lady and then congratulate a couple (who were obviously patrons of the bar) on the beautiful newborn baby girl they were wheeling in a stroller. He knew half the passersby on this charming Parma street, so of course he would know his farmer and know his food. All of the servers were happy and the atmosphere was fun. The seating arrangements with the barrels and rustic linens was so Italian and endearing. What I’m saying is, this place is obviously a local gem, and if I lived in Parma and they would have me, I would be proud to call Tabarro my bar.

18/08/2024: What can I say except: VERY GOOD!! I believe that the difference is always made by the staff, who work with professionalism without any doubt! We were welcomed and taken to the table with professionalism and kindness. The waiter who served us (Gennaro) was really professional and smart, fast and with manners that should teach many of his colleagues throughout the area (the same goes for those who accompanied us to the table and who we later found at the counting time!). Quality food and cooked perfectly (see photo)! They mature cured meats and cheeses in their cellar which you can also visit! In short, we will return several times... and we definitely will!! The only flaw is the outdoor terrace which I imagined was high up but instead I found myself on the ground floor with no view!! But it's still good!

22/11/2024: I can't understand the amount of people who queue and book well in advance to dine here. Personally I didn't find the pizza so excellent as to justify its reputation. Despite this the staff were super, and the environment very welcoming. However, very honest prices.

Cada uno de los nueve platos y maridajes de vinos aportaron nuevos sabores y sensaciones a nuestros paladares. Tuvimos la suerte de tener a Massimo Bottura y Lara Gilmore compartiendo su pensamiento sobre los platos y mezclarse con los huéspedes. Si eres un amante de la gastronomía y te gustaría disfrutar de la cima de la alta gastronomía de clase mundial, ¡reserva Francescana en Maria Luigia lo antes posible!

10/12/2024: Rich, plentiful menu, well cooked and well presented. Warm and friendly environment also in perfect Emilian style. All good, or rather superlative, we'll be back to try everything, absolutely everything!

28/11/2024: Ate well. But one dish featuring pork tenderloin was too dipped in parmesan and took away the flavor of the tenderloin. Good price for what you ate, excellent trifle dessert.

11/08/2024: Serata in compagnia con una decina di amici. Accolti con simpatia dal vulcanico proprietario Renzo che ci ha fatto accomodare al tavolo preparato sulla meravigliosa terrazza. In tempi brevissimi arrivati sul tavolo ottimi salumi piacentini accompagnati da gustoso gnocco fritto. A seguire notevoli primi (tortelli, pisarei, lasagne con verdure, gnocchi di patate con ragù) a cui ha fatto seguito una straordinaria anatra all’arancia. Vini da migliorare ma gradevoli. Da consigliare.

11/12/2024: Big disappointment. Excellent environment and service. But the quality of the food very disappointing. First course with overcooked pasta beyond the limits of decency, little sauce and not even much of it. Poor grill and not even cooked well. Tripe tastes like nothing. We were a group of 10 people and we were really disappointed, plus the prices aren't even low, but this is the case everywhere now. The fact is that if you eat well you spend more willingly, but this was not the case here
