Magnolia Ristorante In Cesenatico

I don't think I've ever eaten as well as I did at Magnolia. I was struck by the tasting proposed by the chef and by the sommelier's talent to enhance the dishes with exceptional wines. The staff was fantastic, highly professional and always attentive to making you feel at ease. Finally, the location is beautiful, on the first hills which offer a beautiful view and lots of peace.

Everything simply at the top, from the staff to the location, to the food. Highly recommended experience

Non all'altezza di un due stelle michelin. Servizio approssimativo e inesperto, a tratti caotico. Cucina tra lampi di genialità ed errori grossolani. Leggo nei diversi commenti le medesime perplessità da noi riscontrate, forse quella sera lo chef non era presente (?) Sul servizio non mi dilungo, trovo però poco elegante quando rimarcato, in maniera discreta e per e-mail, la spiacevole esperienza vissuta, il non essersi nemmeno degnati di rispondere. Motivo per il quale abbiamo deciso di rilasciare questa recensione.

Very pleasant Christmas lunch at Magnolia. In the elegant and welcoming environment with an enchanting view of the Romagna hills we tasted and appreciated the various courses on the menu, all of exceptional refinement, gratifying and surprising to the eye and the palate, starting from the amuse-bouche jewels and ending with the sublime desserts, masterpieces of lightness and sweetness. The service, as always, was courteous and impeccable under the high direction of sommelier Andrea Fiorini. Excellence without shadows!

Experience to try for a romantic event. Highly trained and welcoming staff. Relaxing but not too formal climate, you definitely feel pampered and at ease. I enjoyed the complete tasting menu, with attention to flavors, the balance of colors and tastes. Worth trying are the truffle squash, the freshly seared prawn, the pasta with mantis shrimp broth whose contents melt in your mouth. I appreciated the research into detail and the attention to detail, from the food to the environment. We had a great time and will be back. It deserves all five stars. I return for the second time and t I rediscover the attention to detail and scenographic preparation. Excellent flavours. I confirm my assessment and recommend trying the tasting menu.

Menù degustazione vegetariano sublime, servizio impeccabile, attento e ben coordinato con la cucina, piatti veramente d'impatto sia visivamente che nel gusto. Consigliatissimo.

Non posso dire che l’esperienza non sia stata positiva tuttavia ho dei “ma” da segnalare. Abbiamo optato per il menù classico e su 2 piatti a mio modestissimo parere c’erano degli errori. Riso Riviera Adriatica: aveva dei chicci tendenti al duro, poco cotti e, tutti noi commensali del tavolo, li sentivamo sotto i denti perché i chicchi si incastravano e risultavano a tratti fastidiosi. Non abbiamo segnalato nulla (col sennò di poi sbagliando). Momento dolce, girella all’albicocca: ci viene servito al cucchiaio ma il dolce era difficilissimo da gestire solo con il cucchiaio in quanto era molto freddo. Io chiedo un coltello ma in bocca era davvero ghiacciato, in questo caso lo faccio presente e mi dicono che trattandosi di un semifreddo è normale che sia così. Di semifreddi ne ho mangiati ma questo dal mio/nostro punto di vista era troppo troppo freddo e la cosa che più mi è dispiaciuta è che, avendolo fatto comunque presente, non c’è stato alcun alcun tentativo per cercare di recuperare alla segnalazione di insoddisfazione. Ecco siamo in 2 stelle Michelin, io potrei anche non aver capito il piatto ma se faccio presente che è talmente freddo che nemmeno riesco a mangiarlo mi aspetto che si cerchi di recuperare in qualche modo. Ho l’occasione di frequentare diversi stellati e, mi spiace dirlo perché avevo della alte aspettative, ma questo mi ha deluso.

Il posto è gradevole, la cucina ottima, ma è il servizio di Andrea e Debora, che con la loro passione e professionalità riesce a farti sentire a proprio agio e quindi ti invoglia a tornare. Grazie di cuore
