Hands down, the best Japanese restaurant in the region and perhaps one of the best in Italy. The tasting menu is super comprehensive, the service professional and reassuring, and the wine list (especially champagne) is endless! The place is beautiful, clean, and tidy, but perhaps a little impersonal.

Fantastic dinner.

Excellent lunch in Cervia, but it was like being in the streets of Tokyo. Cuisine is ingredients driven and the quality of the raw materials is exceptional.
The personnel is young, passionate, and very welcoming.
The atmosphere is good with the view on the canal.
