A restaurant in Rimini's historic center. The quality of the meat is excellent; we had a delicious fillet. The side dishes were also excellent and truly tasty.
The staff is friendly and polite.
The only downside is the service, which was unfortunately slow.
It's still an excellent restaurant, a pleasure to return to.

It's located near the center, always busy with tourists and locals, especially on weekends. If you're a true carnivore, this is the place for you. I was greeted by a wonderful young woman, extremely kind and professional. In fact, I go there whenever I feel the need for perfectly cooked meat, especially locally sourced; in fact, the premium cuts you eat here come from a local farm. The restaurant is bright and modern, with tables specially designed to accommodate the meat platters without obstructing the table. The menu features carefully selected dishes by an excellent chef, and the open grill tells you everything: meticulously cooked cuts, like the asado, are very flavorful on the palate. The wine cellar is dedicated to Romagna and also offers a nod to other grape varieties from further afield; the woman was also very knowledgeable about wine.
This isn't common in most restaurants, so I clearly appreciated it. I can recommend both the shank and the asado. If you're a couple, you can sample multiple cuts from the large platter, which also comes with sides. If the meat gets cold, they'll even reheat it for you. To top off a good meal, they also have excellent desserts. I finished with a complimentary limoncello. If I had to find a flaw, perhaps the service could be a little quicker, especially considering the place was still empty. The prices are certainly not affordable, but consider that you're also paying for the side dish and the quality of the freshly selected meats. Worth a try, but it's best to go on weekdays; it can get crowded on weekends.

During our business trip, we stumbled upon this restaurant in the center of Rimini, and we couldn't have made a better choice! The menu is comprehensive and packed with several incredibly appetizing dishes that make it hard to decide (so much so that we returned the next evening!).
The appetizers (the roast beef is pictured) and main courses are excellent (try the honey-glazed pork shank in a mustard crust, but I recommend it for two people as it's quite generous). The first courses hark back to Romagna tradition but with a touch of innovation. The desserts are also excellent (I had the strawberry éclair twice, and I'm not a fan of strawberry, so you can imagine how well-balanced the flavors were).
The service was excellent, with courteous and very professional staff.
A must-see!

EXCELLENT food, excellent quality, beautiful and welcoming design. I'm very picky, not the easiest of customers, and 12 hours later I'm still thinking about my plate of strozzapreti!!! I'll definitely be back, and I rarely choose another restaurant, especially outside my hometown!

Truly excellent.
We dined at the restaurant on Saturday, March 7, 2026, making a reservation here because it's right behind the Fulgor cinema (we're not from Rimini) and looking at the photos since we were looking for a meat-based menu.
At the counter, we complimented both the service and the food: we hadn't eaten so well in years. Both were truly excellent.
Dinner began with the whole-wheat strozzapreti with ragù and Sangiovese reduction.
Before taking our order, the waiter immediately brought us a bottle of water and a paper bag with a few slices of white, brown, and yellow bread: given the softness and flavor of the dough and the crunchiness of the crust, I'd say they were homemade. Perhaps the white one with lard.
After ordering the strozzapreti (€12), I asked for an empty plate to share with my wife, and when we received the dish, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had already halved the plates in the kitchen and were therefore ready to be enjoyed.
After finishing the first course and waiting for the second course, they changed both sets of cutlery.
The second course was chicken with paprika (€16), which arrived on a dedicated serving plate and accompanied by a small glass of delicious salsa verde. I was surprised to note that the plates on which to portion the chicken were warm, so the dish didn't get cold for as long as it needed to, which I really appreciate in the winter.
The chicken was incredibly tender, even the breast, which even in restaurants can be stringy. The sweet paprika was well-measured and not at all invasive.
When the empty plates were cleared away, they brought us two napkins, as is customary when ordering fish.
To finish, we shared a cream eclair, which arrived sliced and garnished with strawberries. This was also excellent, and the cream puff was worthy of note.
Also, despite not ordering coffee, they brought us a small plate with three cookies, two mini-meringues, and a mini slice of tart!
If there is an opportunity I will certainly return.
