22/09/2025: On vacation with our 6-month-old daughter, we stumbled upon the Loggetta after reading the menu, which included vegan options. We were amazed by the kindness and courtesy, the quality of the products, and the beautiful location. We kept coming back for every other day of our vacation. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. There was also a wide selection of vegan options, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was perfect and absolutely fantastic.

27/08/2025: We were deeply disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, especially considering I had already indicated that I was vegan when booking. • Appetizer: the menu listed smoked tofu, but we were served regular tofu, without any prior explanation. Upon our observation, we were simply told that "smoked tofu is hard to find," without any advance notice. • Dessert: the worst part. We ordered vegan cantuccini (listed on the menu), but they weren't available. We were offered soy ice cream... but it arrived topped with non-vegan cream. After pointing this out, no apology was given; they simply brought back the same ice cream without cream. A mistake that, besides being unprofessional, could have had serious consequences for those—like me—who avoid animal products for ethical and/or health reasons. At the cashier, instead of receiving a sincere apology, we were told things like, "We usually always use vegan cream." A defensive and disrespectful attitude that ignores neither the customer's complaints nor the seriousness of the mistake. 👉 In short: a place that claims to be attentive to dietary needs, but in reality demonstrates neither care, clarity, nor sensitivity toward those following a vegan diet. The impression is that the approach is superficial and lacks the professionalism necessary to ensure a safe and satisfying experience. We won't return, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a truly reliable place for those with special dietary needs.

27/11/2025: Very, very bad service. The waitress was rude and cheeky, and on top of that, they overcharged us. The penne with truffle sauce was from a Chinese restaurant; everything was awful.

15/10/2025: The rooms are acceptable. There is no refrigerator in every room, but where there is one, it may not work well. The TV is just an illustration, it is outdated and does not work in a usable way. Each person gets a soap and shower bath package. Breakfast is acceptable, but there are only cold dishes. There is no egg omelette. Its location is 4.5km from Todi, difficult to reach on foot and by public transport. There is a cheese shop and a pub in the vicinity, everything else is far away.

14/03/2026: Beautiful and welcoming place, recommended for a quick lunch. The food is decent, but could use a bit more emphasis on local flavors. I would definitely return.

15/11/2025: I ate there last Monday during my lunch break. The service was particularly rushed, especially by an older man (who was kind, but, poor thing, agitated and hurried. I appreciated his great effort, and it pained me to see how he was treated by the, I believe, much younger but rather upset cook). A second waiter, in my opinion, was incapable of doing this job because he was clearly lacking in empathy, unable to explain dishes or anything else, and inaccurate in his accounting and ordering. To make a long story short, I ordered a soft drink and an Umbrian ribollita, having little time and wanting a quick lunch. Seeing so much truffle advertised, I asked if a single truffle crostini could go with the ribollita, but only if it were possible, because I couldn't have managed any more. The older man said yes, and the less empathetic waiter simply confirmed that if I only wanted one: "Yes, but only if possible." The older man also insistently told me that even if I didn't want it, he should bring me water because it's included in the service charge. He brings it to me, but I still only drink the drink I ordered, also because, as I repeat, I'd been sitting for a maximum of 30 minutes and couldn't drink Coke and water. Moral of the story: a crostini divided between four (the portion should have included three crostini) on untoasted bread and a spreadable truffle sauce, a rather small ribollita (low-quality legume soup; I'm Umbrian and know the products), a can of Coke, and the bill (at least verbally by the young man, since he didn't give me a receipt with the details) also includes water: 30 euros. I ask why the water, I ask how a single piece of bread can cost 12 euros as a full portion when I had asked if that was possible otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. I don't elaborate on the poor quality, but he, unconcerned and, I repeat, in a state of mind unfit for public use, continues to hand me a receipt. The only thing he tells me is that you have to pay for the water and that you asked for your own crostini. I pay, but obviously I politely point out that, given the presence of foreign tourists, they weren't really advertising our products and that, above all, they hadn't been fair to a fellow countrywoman, both in presenting low-quality dishes and in declaring one thing and then doing something else at the cash register. I'm saddened by the treatment the older waiter received from someone I believe was a chef (if we can call her that given the low quality of the food), which made me feel uncomfortable. However, I recommend helping the younger man because I don't see him as being centered and, above all, ruining the restaurant, which, in my opinion, unless there are unsuspecting foreigners, risks closing. I also recommend lowering the prices to at least match the low quality, or focusing on easier-to-prepare platters while increasing the quality of the ingredients, because that truffle was an insult to Umbrian cuisine.

04/04/2026: Nothing exceptional, it's located in the center of Assisi and is convenient for an unpretentious aperitivo. The prices are quite high compared to the standard. The interior is nice.

13/03/2026: High priced, mediocre coffee with charmless service. Its central location and early opening hours make it crowded. Avoid if anywhere else is open.

02/11/2025: I don't recommend it. There are no drinks on the menu, and then you realize a regular bottle of water costs 4 euros and a glass of wine 8 euros. The prices are outrageous. They only care about money. The service is poor, the only thing is the pasta, which is okay, but still quite expensive. There are better places nearby.

05/08/2025: We stopped for lunch and ordered some starters and grilled meat. The starters were good, but not very hot. The meat was excellent. Friendly service. Enjoy your visit.

16/11/2025: We paid a whopping 12 euros for two crodini. If you want to fleece tourists, at least have the decency to offer a minimum of decorum: the place is a dump, with a dirty bathroom with leaking water, and clutter and dirt everywhere. A terrible experience, one of the worst I've ever had.

02/11/2025: It's always a shame to give a negative review to a small business that thrives on tourism. The price of the food was completely disproportionate to the amount served. The cleanliness of the dining room was basic. The coffee machine was a little dirty. The bathroom maintenance was nonexistent. I understand that tourism is the driving force of these villages, but let's avoid treating tourists like sponges from which to draw every penny.

27/12/2025: A grocery store also stocking local products. Inside, there's a nice deli counter and a self-service area with a neat and clean dining area. The bathrooms are large and clean.

01/04/2025: You're traveling, looking for a pizzeria to eat, and you find this Risto-pizzeria online, and you decide to turn off the highway for a pizza? Wrong, or at least not on a Monday! We sit down anyway, given the time (9:15 PM), and we order from the restaurant menu anyway. We get a €14 appetizer consisting of two crostini, two pieces of cheese, and three types of cold cuts, and that's it! A first course that was supposed to be a white ragù with fossa cheese was bland, and the fossa cheese was definitely not the one served. We ate it quickly, and so quickly did we leave, feeling like we were being taken for a ride. Catering is a different story!

The food and service were amazing: the food was cooked with care and the flavor was REALLY GOOD, real food. The service was attentive. Human and welcoming. The food I ate here gave me back the pure desire to eat, savor, and fall in love with flavor ❤️

01/01/2026: We dined on New Year's Eve 2025, not as a Christmas dinner, but à la carte! The waitress was very polite and friendly, the place was welcoming, and there was a nice platter of cold cuts with cheeses, honey, and crostini. A portion of maniche cacio e pepe, maniche alla norcina with black truffle, a 1.2 kg Florentine steak, a bottle of Ribolla Gialla, and two coffees all for the modest sum of €120! We were truly satisfied with the delicious food and the price was truly fair! Congratulations, keep up the good work!

23/03/2026: Poor quality food, with reheated fries that weren't cooked to order. We asked for bread, as we'd ordered a frozen cutlet and sausage, and they brought us a sandwich with a cutlet removed, making it dirty and greasy. The cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I absolutely do not recommend it.
