06/09/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they gave us a choice of two tables, despite being booked on most of the others. Menu choice was small but varied to accommodate different tastes. All authentic to the region and locally produced. The food was exceptional. No other words for it. The taste exquisite, presentation superb and sizing just right (not too small to leave you hungry, not to large to feel uncomfortable stuffed). I wish I'd taken photos, but I tucked in and couldn't stop till we'd finished. I had sliced steak with salad, my husband had a wild boar pasta dish and lamb chops. Delicious 😋

09/08/2025: I'm not judging the food since we weren't even served it. We booked on July 18th for August 2nd. We arrived and were met by a rather grumpy waitress who asked us if we wanted to eat inside or outside. Shortly afterward, she came out again to ask when we'd called to reserve the table. Finally, the owner came back to us, handing us his phone and saying he'd had plumbing problems that day. It was a shame there were other cars outside... We were so disappointed that we were forced to get a takeout pizza.

26/08/2025: A very pleasant dinner, with delicious, well-prepared dishes. We had the handmade ravioli and tagliatelle: truly special. The service was quick and courteous. I highly recommend it.

11/10/2025: Extremely rude owner... And wrong receipt... I asked him twice for the menu to see the prices of the local wine and at the end of the meal they also brought it to me without a price... In the final result, in addition to the prices not equal to the menu, the price of the local wine per liter is 18 euros served frozen the red wine for a total of 36 euros of wine.

05/10/2025: Overrated place, rude staff, nice-looking platter but subpar, with cold fried foods and cold, rubbery pizza slices. Exorbitant prices.

24/09/2025: I ordered a takeaway pizza, which was truly delicious! You can tell both the dough and the toppings are high-quality. Well done!

24/07/2025: Just stopped by for a vacation. I ordered pizza with fries for my son, and the fries were still raw. The cooking wasn't finished properly. The price I paid for the pizza by the slice was higher than what was advertised inside. I have nothing else to add.

05/10/2025: Very nice location, BUT, incredibly long waits and little respect for the customer: an hour after ordering, we were told that the dishes we had ordered were sold out. 30 seconds later, the same dishes were brought to the next table (who had ordered later). At the next table was a famous actress.

21/09/2025: We went fishing with our community in a very dirty lake, algae everywhere every time you took out the trout, sick fish, plastic in the water, such a dirty place I have never seen. I advise you not to go to the sport fishing lakes, it is better and you will have much more fun.

28/09/2025: DO NOT GO THERE: black tuna, smelly salmon that leaks, inconsistent fried food, spoiled Philadelphia, smelly sashimi. Halfway through lunch, I had to go to the bathroom to vomit because I was having severe abdominal cramps, and the very rude staff insisted that it was my fault for having eaten too much. Even though I was feeling sick, they continued to snap at me, saying it wasn't their fault, but when we asked them to smell and taste the food, they proceeded to take it away from our table without saying anything. Finally, they charged us a penalty for the spoiled pieces we didn't eat. If you're thinking of eating here, go fasting.

28/09/2025: Poor staff, the fish in the first course was good but in the second it completely changed flavor, we couldn't eat it, a friend of mine vomited in the bathroom and others of us had stomach aches after lunch.

12/10/2025: Forced table service, extremely slow (that's why we tried to avoid it), and rude staff. That's how it is today...

07/10/2025: Nice for a coffee after strolling around the square. It was great that they had Café Shakerato, which you don't get that often, and it was served perfectly.

19/09/2025: We chose this hotel for its thermal spa, but it's also ideally located for visiting several Umbrian towns, all easily accessible. The family-run hotel makes you feel right at home, while maintaining excellent quality, uncompromising cleanliness, and private parking. The breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant is excellent. The owners' friendliness and hospitality are the perfect backdrop. Prices are reasonable for what's on offer. Recommended.

30/09/2025: If I could give less than one star, I would! We went for dinner and ordered the set menu, consisting of an appetizer and a first course. Olive pâté that had nothing to do with olives, bruschetta with unseasoned cherry tomatoes, fried mozzarella balls that were clearly not freshly made... and last but not least, the pasta arrived overcooked, tasteless, and apparently reheated just before being served. We had both dishes returned because they were inedible. The waiter kindly apologized and reported the complaints to the kitchen, which didn't even bother to apologize or make amends. THEY COOK BETTER IN THE RSA WHERE I WORK!

17/08/2025: Bar Centrale has always been a popular meeting place in Marsciano. It's located in the same splendid historic building as the Concordia Theater and in the municipal gardens. It was recently renovated and is beautiful both inside and out. It also serves lunch and dinner. The quality of the food and drinks is good. Prices have increased significantly since the renovation. The young manager brilliantly recommends sampling the various alcoholic and spirit drinks, as if the clientele were all wealthy young people. To prevent a dear friend, notoriously struggling financially, from having to pay for the amaro recommended by the manager, I settled the bill myself. An amaro costs €9, but we're not in Milan's Piazza Duomo; we're at Bar Centrale in Marsciano.

19/09/2025: There's a good selection, but be careful about the quality; things get thrown out when they're old. After eating a cream puff with chantilly, I ran to the bathroom (it didn't taste bad, but I was in a hurry) and the diplomatico was stale, at least two days old, hopefully not three. To top it all off, they charged me for a glass of still water at the checkout, as if we were in the center of Milan.

01/09/2025: Excellent pastry shop/gelato shop with a wide selection of sweet and savory treats. Kudos to all the staff, always friendly and helpful. My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time. If we return to Umbria, we'll definitely stop by! Thank you so much 🤗🥰

11/10/2025: We ate very well, the staff were friendly and we could sleep in the camper van for the night in their parking lot.

09/10/2025: In all my years of traveling, I have never found a restaurant that when you ask for wine: the minimum serving is half a liter, they won't bring you anything less. I thought it was a screen, but it's all real 🙄🙄
