04/11/2025: We stayed at the Roxy Hotel in mid-June 2025 for a week. It was our first experience at a family hotel, with the super all-inclusive package extending to beach services. An experience we absolutely must repeat every year. A winning formula that gave us the relaxation we were looking for. Very friendly staff, super helpful chef. Food and drinks available at all hours, a freezer with packaged ice cream always available, unlimited drinks. We were really happy with our 4-year-old daughter. The room isn't huge, but we always found everything clean.

I really compliment them: ... clean place, smiling staff, everything I tried was delicious and plentiful! The prices were also fair! I stumbled upon it by chance because I'm in the area for work... 06/01/2026: A day in Spoleto with the family. We booked at 12:00 PM for 1:30 PM. We arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 PM, and as soon as we entered, the lady was annoyed and irritated, rude to us, and told us they couldn't seat us because she was finished.
The restaurant had empty tables and chairs.
Speechless.
No more compliments, only compliments. Thank you.

08/01/2026: My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Breakfast was meticulously prepared, with a different dessert made every day by the owner of the Locanda! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon! 01/01/2026: Mr. Sandro Santi is truly very friendly. I paid little, having 24-hour electricity in the hotel parking lot. However, in the rest area, 220V is only available from 6:00 PM to midnight. Pizzeria, the food is good and cheap. Robot waiter. Innovative.

We found this restaurant almost by accident, searching for vegan options, and were delighted to be overwhelmed by the passion and professionalism of the owner and staff. Authentic food, generous portions, a wide selection on the menu, clean flavors and sophisticated combinations, and easy to digest. We felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish, culminating in an interesting discussion about the owner's philosophy and inspiration. The value for money is particularly noteworthy. Highly recommended.

02/02/2026: Chronologically, starting with the food. It must be said quite clearly that the most capable man in this establishment is the chef. The service would love to recapture the glory of bygone years. Unfortunately, it's just as outdated as the wine glasses. Wine service isn't a priority here. Guests are expected to help themselves if they wish to enjoy their wine. The ambiance is a complete panorama of 1980s elegance – certainly Grand Novel Cuisine back then. Today it looks much the same, a bit dated, but nonetheless possessing an elegant charm. All in all, worth a visit.
05/01/2026: Two of us went for lunch yesterday, and it was admittedly a bit late—it was around 2:20 PM—so I understand we had to order quickly. The waiter who took our order didn't write down what we ordered, and more importantly, he was busy making the other order while he was taking our order. The result was that we ordered an appetizer and two entrees, but they only brought us one appetizer and one entree. We ate in a hurry, and the waiter couldn't wait to clear the table. We paid a lot for what we ate. When you decide to go out for a meal, take out a mortgage first.

28/12/2025: Dinner with friends. Service was practically nonexistent, despite the small number of us in the restaurant. Customers were not taken into account; we had to call every time to get what was missing. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The location was beautiful, with convenient parking nearby.

10/09/2025: Stopped in during pouring rain - the Norcina was excellent, one of the better homemade pastas I’ve had traveling Italy. Inexpensive, and local.
21/07/2025: An experience to forget. The sign "Typical Dishes" was just misleading advertising for those of us who stopped for lunch at 1:30 PM on a road trip. In fact, one of us didn't even eat...they forgot to tell us the dish wasn't on the menu.
Better to just stop at the bar.

03/11/2025: A great tasting lunch experience with my daughter.
We had two portions of bruschetta, which were truly delicious, especially the mushroom one.
My daughter had a first course, gnocchi with sweet cheese and truffle, and I had a seasonal second course, stew with polenta (the only flaw was the very small amount of polenta compared to the meat), but both dishes were very good.
We finished with a dessert, a classic panna cotta, and, as far as I'm concerned, a spectacular zuppa inglese. Bravo!
