The food was good, but nothing special, especially considering the prices. I expected something better.
The garden where we had lunch was also very beautiful, but it's a shame the place is poorly maintained and reminiscent of a village festival.

08/12/2025: We had lunch at this farmhouse before returning to Rome, very close to the center of Montefalco, excellent food, the strangozzi with truffles were exceptional as were the scallops with Sagrantino, and the Montefalco wine, everything was excellent!
10/10/2025: I went there for dinner.
The truffle strangozzi was mediocre and the portion ridiculous.
Eggplant parmigiana was both shameful and ridiculous.
The house wine was good.
The service was neither good nor bad.
By far the worst place I ate in Umbria.

The bamboo mushrooms weren't great, but everything else was excellent, for less than €20 per person for lunch. Highly recommended!
15/01/2026: The fact that they're combining two completely different types of cuisine, mainland Chinese cuisine and small island Japanese cuisine, makes it a complete mess. Of course it's bad. It's discriminatory to not even make the distinction in the first place.

10/09/2025: Luca is truly exceptional!! I've never tasted such good gelato. It's also worth noting that everything is lactose- and gluten-free. And I can only add that in every bite of gelato you can taste the heart, the search for the best products, and the passion that goes into making it. It's thanks to people like Luca that we can enjoy such excellence.

I ate incredibly tender meat, red wine, and a mouth-watering zuppa inglese.

Thin-crust pizza with excellent ingredients. Excellent service and fair prices.
The only downside is that it's quite noisy when it's busy, but it's clearly a place for company.

30/01/2026: We had dinner this evening at this trattoria and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, to say the least, and Massimo, the owner, exudes his passion for his work and the trattoria itself through every aspect of his service.
Delicious food, from appetizer to dessert.
Highly recommended in every way.
We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

The cuisine is truly delicious, with carefully prepared traditional Umbrian dishes: from the rich and flavorful first courses to the succulent meats, each course reflects the local tradition.
The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, perfect for slowly savoring each dish. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to explain the dishes and recommend wine pairings.
In short, a must-see for anyone seeking authentic and genuine cuisine in Assisi: I'll definitely be back to relive this experience. 🍝🍷✨

Excellent, carefully prepared food.
Helpful and extremely friendly staff.
Average prices considering the service; they may seem high for a restaurant inside a hotel, but the hotel offers half-board if desired.
27/12/2025: I stayed in this hotel for a car problem, we found an excellent hotel with 5-star staff, cleanliness and comfort... not to mention the breakfast buffet where there is everything and more at the reception the girls are very kind and ready to answer your questions

12/01/2026: We ate in the Ristorante with our HD chapter . So it was a fixed menu , the food was delicious, and the waitress was also beautiful . The restaurant is located in an old farm Umbtian farm house and the atmosphere of the place is absolutely fascinating. We enjoyed our visit and will return to the restaurant to sample more of their cuisine.
