I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria Silver Spuleti, and the experience was absolutely excellent. From the first moment, we were greeted with great courtesy and attention: a truly rare kind of hospitality.
The pinsa was simply extraordinary: light, fragrant, and made with the highest-quality ingredients that you could taste in every bite. The care and passion in the selection of ingredients and preparation were clearly evident.
A place I recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for quality, flavor, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was very quiet, allowing people to chat with each other extremely easily. The wait for a table wasn't even 5 seconds. I counted 3 😁. The staff was extremely kind. They were well-mannered. The pinsa? The best of my life!!! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT IF YOU ARE IN UMBRIA!!!!!!!!!!

Second time eating here as we came for a different pizza which was good. Had the fried vegetable mix appetizer wasn't all that great. Good service and welcoming environment. Will go back and try other menu items.

We took advice from the friendly owner, Jacopo, and ordered a platter and a pinsa: truly special cured meats and cheeses, and the pinsa was excellent, with just the right amount of crunch. We'll definitely be back.

We're going to Spoleto for a show at the Teatro Nuovo, and what are you doing? You're not looking for a pizzeria for a quick dinner?
I found this place that makes pinzas instead of regular pizza. It looks like a very ordinary sign from the outside, but as soon as you walk in, you're in! You'll find a very beautiful and characteristic place nestled between stone and white walls, it feels like being in an old tavern. We start with the fried Ascoli olives, which are exceptional. The minced meat is soft and tender (usually they're chewy), the fried potatoes with ceeddar and pancetta are finger-licking good, and finally the supplì are delicious (the only flaw, but it's my personal opinion, they should give you a free choice of how many you order because we would have tried more flavors instead of having to order just four, which limits you since there are two of us). The pinzas, what can I say? SPECTACULAR!!!!! The porcini mushrooms and truffle were perfectly cooked, light and delicious, down to the last crumb. On the first morning, what can I say? The yellow datterini tomatoes, the mortadella, and the stracciatella—an exceptional trio—were perfect. And to top it off, the basil cream was absolutely delicious. The price was very reasonable, and the staff were professional and very kind.
You'll definitely see us again with more people. P.S. I recommend booking in advance because the line is long.

I went for lunch with a group of 50 people.
The waiters and the owner were very kind.
They gave us seconds when we asked, even though we had the fixed price.
The appetizers, fried food, and the first course were delicious, all plentiful. 😀
