We stopped at this shop on the recommendation of the greengrocer at the market, and I must say it was truly spot-on. Exquisite local products, local wines that I can't even begin to tell you...divine❤️ If you truly want to enjoy Pienza's gastronomy and typical products, you'll find them in this shop, along with courtesy and attentive service. The prices are fair because GOOD products come at a price, but with satisfaction. We bought porchetta, a simply exquisite semi-aged Pienza pecorino cheese, 5 liters of wine, and some jams to pair with the cheese...all delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Today was my husband and I's last day in Val d'Orcia, searching for delicious local cheeses and products to take home to Alto Adige. The family who runs this shop was incredibly welcoming! We left our hearts there. They assisted us admirably with our purchases, from cheese tastings to wines and cured meats, accompanied by warm personalities and lots of laughter (perhaps from the two glasses of wine we tasted) ❤️ If you're looking for excellent quality products, you absolutely must come here! A place to understand the superiority of Italian gastronomy…

It is located a stone's throw from Pienza and is the best place to get some pecorino on your way home. You can try whatever you want and the staff is very helpful in choosing the cheeses!

We met a wonderfully kind and friendly young woman who served us an excellent porchetta sandwich with marinated artichokes. It was a simple yet authentic experience with outstanding local products. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up some of their cheese, wine, extra virgin olive oil, and preserved vegetables—they’re absolutely worth it!

EXCELLENT STOP IN VAL D'ORCIA We stopped by chance at Salumeria Bindi Ezio in Pienza, seeing it from the road, for a quick lunch, and what luck! We ordered four crostoni: two with mortadella for the kids, one with prosciutto, dried tomatoes, and eggplant, and one with capocollo, artichokes, and pecorino. Everything was excellent, with freshly sliced ​​cold cuts and fantastic pecorino. Plus, a glass of house wine, two small bottles of Estathe, a large bottle of water, and a taste of pecorino. Total: €40. A fair price considering the time and, above all, the quality. Super friendly staff. You can eat inside in the air conditioning or outside under the gazebo. It's the perfect place for both a quick bite to eat and a place to buy local products. Highly recommended!
