Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service, and especially the food. Absolutely not to be missed if you're passing through the Val d'Orcia. The first courses, in particular, are truly spectacular.

Very good food and a quiet place to spend a lovely evening.
We ordered a platter of house specialties, accompanied by an excellent red wine. Everything was delicious, and we'll definitely return if we have the chance to pass through Castiglione d'Orcia again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent, excellent! A small menu, everything delicious and carefully prepared. They serve until the last customer. We ordered the Florentine steak and other dishes. The draft wine was delicious. We were only with Italians. The hostess and her daughter served us with attention and respect. I highly recommend it. Also, make sure to take some time to explore the town itself.

Excellent restaurant in Castiglione. The homemade pici are delicious, and the appetizer, coccole, is truly delicious. Friendly and attentive service.

We stopped for lunch, and even though it was crowded, we didn't have a long wait. The food was plentiful and excellent! The family who runs this place is truly sweet and kind! We had a great time...highly recommended!!

uaint, very attentive staff (who were often seen to switch to French or English, or used Google translation for others). However the quality of the food was a big surprise, fresh pasta on very novel Mamma dishes (the Via Francigena was a treat), all complemented by good quality inexpensive wine.
