21/07/2026: We loved our experience at San Martino 26. The setting is small and intimate, service is impeccable and location allows you to watch the world go by while enjoying your meal. We ordered from the à la carte menu and asked for a wine pairing suggestion which was fantastic. The wine accounted for half of the total bill. I had the risotto and catch of the day. My partner ordered the filled parpadelle and sucking pig. The only thing missing was crackling with the suckling pig. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a Michelin star quality meal in a relaxed setting.

27/07/2026: I had the best experience here! Me and my husband visited the restaurant for lunch. We had 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 1 secondo and 2 desserts. Everything was superb 🙌👌the waiter was very nice, helpful and attentive and explained the dishes and made us feel like home. The nice experience didn’t stop there - the owner and the chef of the restaurant came out many times to chat with us and to make sure we liked the food. They made us feel like we were VIP and the whole restaurant experience and food was Michelin star quality. They have great taste - both when it comes to the food and when it comes to details such as the plates and silverware. We will definitely come back here next time in Tuscany.

13/08/2026: We dined with friends on both evenings of our mini Tuscan vacation. The atmosphere was lovely, intimate, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, accommodating our every need (it's not easy for everyone to serve gluten-free bread and prepare special crostini for my friend who is celiac). Excellent food, typical Tuscan cuisine, top-quality local products, and a Florentine steak...out of this world! Highly recommended! If we ever pass through Chiusdino again, we'd love to return!

12/08/2026: The only restaurant in town that we visited twice during our stay, despite the stiff competition. As the name suggests, the restaurant is located in a vaulted cellar, which is not only particularly charming but also pleasantly cool, especially in summer. With limited seating inside, reservations are recommended for weekends (Friday to Sunday). There are also five small tables outside, directly on the street. We particularly enjoyed the straightforward cuisine, whether it was the "Pappardelle Fresche al Cinghiale" (with wild boar ragù) or the homemade tiramisu. The food and drinks are of high quality and offered at remarkably low prices. For example, a glass of Prosecco or wine costs €2.50. Both were excellent. Combined with the warm and friendly service, this is definitely a recommended dining option in town.

12/08/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance and it was simply the best restaurant I went to on my trip to Italy. My dish and my fiancée's were unbelievably good, great wine, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: Everything here is incredible: the location, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of a beautiful village; the food, which is truly sublime (we drove an hour during our stay just to come back!); and the staff! They are so kind, helpful, and friendly, offering great advice, all within a stunning setting. The next time we return to Tuscany, we'll definitely stay closer to this restaurant, which will become our go-to spot! Special mention to PierLuigi and his wife, who combine originality and kindness. 16/07/2026: A truly positive experience, the food was excellent and refined. I drank an excellent Vernaccia Riserva, which, even if it wasn't excellent, was nonetheless excellent thanks to the explanation, storytelling, and expertise of the waiter. It's truly beautiful. It's rare to find places in tourist cities where the staff are knowledgeable and don't try to rip off tourists, especially considering the same treatment for foreign guests. Compliments, highly recommended, even for the price.

03/07/2026: Great private chef experience with Saverio. We were a group of 16 - cooking for a party that size every night was quite a task so it was great to be able to book Saverio to look after us for dinner one evening. Terrific food and lots of choice. We enjoyed it so much we booked him again for another dinner during our stay. He is a super friendly guy, great communication and really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend him. Thanks so much Saverio!

17/07/2026: Service is good. It ends there. Wine is just what you expect for the area. but the food, it is basically microwave canteen food. Ordered two pasta and both tasted like it came out of a can.
